Pickford Law was great at first. Shalondra helped me get disability which I qualified for. It was hit or miss though when I'd call in and talk to what seemed like a new assistant every time I called. SSA tried to take my disability so I called one day and was told my case had been turned over to one of the new employees. I can't remember her name but she assured me multiple times that they "couldn't" take my disability away. I promise, this is no exaggeration. Multiple times she told me this on the phone. So fast forward to the next year, SSA has taken my disability and now I have to pay back the last year that I got paid. When I tried to talk to the lady on the phone, she interrupted me EVERY TIME I TRIED TO TALK so I lost my temper and told her she was worthless. So they dropped me as a client and now I owe SSA $17k.
