TACO-N-GANAS — Restaurant in Memphis

Taco nganas is super legit like the best taco truck in town. They're not voted best in town for no reason. It isn't the most authentic as far as traditional authentic style but they are the best. My daughter also loves ramen, its like "her thing", and taco nganas birria Ramen bowl is so delicious and flavorful. Thier shrimp tacos are absolutely fire! I was even blown away at the incredible flavor of something so simple as a quesadilla. Literally everything the do is the best a step above the rest. Thier prices are a slight bit higher than average taco truck prices but theres a good reason for it. The extra steps and preparations they put into each item being top notch is worth it. This place is a must to every taco truck...

This place is legit one of the all time great Mexican restaurants in Memphis. It’s fast and easy and the food is fresh and delicious. The service is fast and friendly as well.

Today I grabbed lunch at the new location on Danny Thomas with my parents and we were all impressed.

I had the birria tacos, my dad had the al pastor tacos, and my mother had the veggie tacos. The ingredients were super flavorful and fresh and the meat was seasoned just right. Interestingly enough, I thought I didn’t like corn tortillas but theirs are very good! They have flour tortillas for quesadillas and burritos. They also now sell birria ramen!!

I can’t wait to get to this or another one of these food trucks....

This is decent food truck but unfortunately just like all the others the food was high quality, high service, great portions, fair pricing ...everything. but now since they opened more trucks they've become commercial-like. Quality declining, prices significantly increased, food, service, atmosphere r all going down. I miss when there was only one, two, even three trucks. Unfortunately, I have about 4 other tacos trucks around Memphis I prefer now. One 24hr restaurant with great pricing and outstanding tacos PLUS...
