I just called to inquire about a check I’m picking up that was printed on the 14th. The guy doesn’t know where it is and keeps putting me on hold to transfer me to someone else every time I ask a question instead of saying today is the 18th and let me reprint it, he keeps transferring me. They never answer the phone every month. when my payment due I have to get a ride to make my payments cause the online payment will not except my card when I enter it. And when I go to the office to make my payment people are there. But the phones is just ring ring ring. This is not professional . I use to didn't have this much problem to get someone on the phone. But the last three months crazy not to mention when they pick up the phone and hung it up. Other words they don't want to...

This place is no good. Every time you call, you always get redirected. You will be on hold for so long the phone hangs up itself. I swear if you don't like your job...
