I have to say this was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a very long time. I wish I remembered her name, Rachel? Michelle? She helped me pick a dress and coordinating shirt for myself and husband (yes, I am that person) even took a dress I brought from another store and walked around trying to find matching accessories to put together the perfect outfit. Several other staff came over and offered compliments and suggestions while I tried things on. These ladies were so nice, I walked out so surprised and pleased. Definitely some of the best customer service I have had in any store in quite some time

First time visit to this Boot Barn. I thought it had a great selection and a friendly staff. My daughter wanted some boots to go line dancing with her friends and of course she wanted a $200 pair. The ladies who worked their helped us sign up for an account and get a first time discount coupon. They also had a lot of great shirts and hats for men. Overall it was a fun experience and would go back.

Gotta get some more! The employees are very helpfull and selection is great. Work, western, boots and clothes, check em out!

My husband and I parked in the parking lot of this boot barn, we pulled looking to see if they were closing but we also got food to eat. We parked to eat where no one was at. We didn’t even step foot out of the car and the employee (tall guy that looked like he had an Afro or really curly hair…mixed complexion) was pointing to the close sign and acting like we were bothering them while laughing. also was a blonde girl standing inside by the front door smiling and laughing at us. Mind you we’re just in our car. I could understand them getting annoyed if we’re coming up to the door banging on it…but we were in our car. We never stepped out of the car. It was was really rude and won’t be shopping at this location. I rather buy my husband’s work boots where you get good...

Had such an amazing experience here compared to other boot barns I had visited prior before. Reyna assisted me throughout the whole process and OMG when I tell you REYNA is Phenomenal !!! She gave me the best experience ever. Helped me choose each piece for my daughter's outfits. Also, This Boot Barn in Menifee had everything so organized I was able to look through every section to pick out a few other items I needed. I would like to recommend if you happen to go to this boot barn ask for Reyna she is Marvelous and you will not be disappointed. I Can not get over how Wondrous my visit was.
