We booked a birthday party for our daughter there. She was really excited to make 1 particular piece and they never told us we could request a specific piece. Then when we got there they were entirely out of it and my daughter cried and they all just stood there. They acted like it was my fault for not requesting that one. We ended uo having to pay $16 extra so my daughter could do the only other piece she liked. No discount or even an apology. The invitations were super late being made and we got them 2 weeks before the party. Their flyer made it seem like cake was included, but it's not. So we were shocked by that last minute. For over as mich money as it cost, I would have thought we would have had a bit more. They give you an hour and half but that's way too much time. The kids just sat there bored and the employee they gave us just stood there. We did 80% of the work, all she did was pour paint. She was very friendly but this pasty was not what you would call stress free. I still had to pay minute come up with ideas to entertain the kids while they were.sitting there doing nothing. The crafts were cute but you're not really saving any money and you don't get anything extra other than a juice box. I would avoid the birthday package all together and just show up to paint a piece...

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. I am absolutely irritated with the horrible service. I never received a notification to pick up my item. I spent 100 dollars on a tree that came back chipped. It had to be sent back. After I finally was able to pick it up, it didn’t have glue or enough lights to cover the entire tree ( didn’t even cover half). The girls are extremely rude on the phone. I am about to make a third trip to pick up their mistake. 7 days to get something back? Try 3 weeks and it still isn’t right. There has been no offer of compensation for the hassle and poor service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I will NEVER be back. Hopefully, they will realize their lack of customer service will eventually lead to them closing like every other store in the mall. Good riddance.👏🏻

ITS NOT COMPLIMENTARY WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT IN THE BEGINNING....

We recently visited Busy Bees Pottery for my niece's birthday party, and it was such a blast! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I decided to paint a dragon, which was so much fun to bring to life with all the vibrant colors they have available. My daughter went with a cute cat design, and she had such a great time getting creative with it.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and patient with all of us, especially the kids. They made sure everyone knew what to do and offered helpful tips. The environment is so welcoming, and they have so many options for both adults and kids to choose from. Plus, seeing everyone's creations come to life was just the icing on the cake. It was a perfect way to celebrate a birthday—something creative, relaxing, and so much fun! Can't wait to...
