So we tried this new place! Goodbye Dairy Queen in the food court! What a gem if an addition to the food court! I had the Overload Volcano~ Brownies, Hershey's chocolate and pecans. Topped with brownies, chocolate syrup, Hershey's and pecans whipped cream, and Hershey's chocolate. My daughter had the Trip to the Jungle~Banana, pineapple and strawberry. Topped with banana, strawberry, whipped cream, strawberry syrup and sprinkles. The gentlemen who was making our rolled ice creams was so sweet and entertaining! The customer service was phenomenal by all employees! They have so much more than ice cream too! Crepes, acai bowls, milkshakes, and bubble teas. All of the fruit is fresh too. This place definitely will have my business and I will be more than happy to take the drive to the mall! You should really try this wonderful place for dessert! I had ordered 3 bubble tea drinks from this place on Uber Eats and the one I got was correct but the other 2 I ordered fruit tea with mango boba and I got regular milk teas. This wasn’t the only problem. One of the incorrect teas had a bug in it. So I called the store and spoke to someone who worked there and he couldn’t give me a normal refund he has to text my personal number and try to get my zele account then when that didn’t work he got my cashapp. After 45 minutes of trying to get this refund I only got about half of what I actually paid for the 2 incorrect teas. The milk tea is amazing here. I’ve had milk tea quite a few places and this has been my absolute favorite. There’s always a lot of flavor and it’s never dull or subtle. I’ve never had the tapioca be undercooked either it’s always very chewy and honestly the best tapioca pearls I’ve had, a lot of other places have issues where they don’t cook it enough but here it’s PERFECT. The crepes are also very good, very decadent. Their only downfall is they are decently slow so if you’re in a rush this probably isn’t the best place to stop unless you’re just getting a drink.
