I visited this store today around 5:26pm and found two employees with NO customers. As soon as I entered, one employee gave me a once-over without greeting me or acknowledging my presence. After waiting a few minutes, another employee said "Hello" with a very arrogant tone. I obviously needed assistance. Needless to say, there was no customer service. To be fair, one of the employees looked like she was in the middle of a training, while the other lady with the arrogant tone busied themselves with cleaning and seemed to give me unwarranted glances. I def recommend making the extra trip to go to the Arlington or Old Town Alexandria location - as they have amazing customer service! Stay away from...
