Chico's — Local services in Mesa

I went to Chicos on Val Vista yesterday to buy my mother a gift card for Mothers Day. I walked up to the counter and had cash in my hand. There was one lady behind the counter helping someone, but more so just chit chatting with the customer. There was another lady behind the counter just folding clothes. No one acknowledged me. The lady folding clothes then went and started putting all the clothes away. She came back when she was done (about 5 minutes later) and then decided to help me. I am a successful business owner and specialize in customer service, and was appalled by the way I was treated. A simple "Hello I'll be with you in a moment," would have been fine.
