Love is not a big enough word to try and describe this chain, now as I said, this is a chain that is spread out over the valley and across the board, they are all very similar and from place to place there isn't a whole lot of differences. This review applies to the shop on Dobson and Rio Salado but you can expect the same all over.
I love these places, for the simple fact that most of these places are 24hrs. You go in and you can see all the donuts very clearly so you know exactly what you're getting. I will go on the record and say that the "Buttermilk" donut is simply the best (of course in my own opinion) that is the main reason why I keep coming back to get that mass of sweet, butteryness that satiates any late night sweet tooth cravings. That's not to say all the other donuts are lame, oh no far from it. My favorites are the boston cream, glazed, and maple frosted which are all splendid but they do not compare to the Buttermilk. Of course you can also get coffee, although admittedly I am not a coffee drinker so I have yet to try their cup of Joe. They do however sell Boba, (the drink with tapioca pearls in the bottom) and those are also great as well with a variety of different flavors with my favorite being iced blended coconut. But if you're not about the donuts they do offer some sandwiches that are fairly decent in their own rights. They do also have some coke soft fountain drinks as well as a cooler stocked full of an assortment of juice, milk, and other misc. The staff is there, nothing really to report about them as they are straight forward and serve you. What is a plus is the fact that they offer free wi-fi which is great if you just want a place to chill at surf the web and munch on some donuts. The only real negative point I would give is really the presentation of the place, just plain white, boring, and a tad eerie atmosphere. But that is really a minor thing and honestly this is my go to place if I am out way late and wanting to get some work done on my computer or where me and the boys go to play some cards...
Read moreMy mother recently passed away and I have been appointed as the executor of her estate. Personally, I have mixed feelings about her decision and have caught myself scrutinizing other past decisions she was tasked with making throughout my time as her son. From her risky choice to try again for another baby (which turned out to be me!) , to the ultimately fatal decision to return home early from the post-hospitalization rehabilitation program, she always held out for what she felt best for her family and herself, which brings me to her decision to absolutely disregard every donut which had not been forged in the ovens of a Bosa Donuts. Not only was my mother correct in her assessment of their Donuts being second to none, their breakfast menu also qualifies as the best in its class and even punches far above its weight class. Surprisingly, the food is not even the best thing this place has to offer. That title would have to go to its workers. Every Bosa I have visited has the most patient, welcoming and helpful employees who’s second nature is seemingly to guide you into having the best donut experience your time and money will allow. Deciding between eating at Bosa and some other half-baked, soulless corporate giant will always be a no-brainer decision passed down, inherited and enjoyed by my family for...
Read moreAmazing apple fritters. Great teas and smoothies, be sure to add the Boba.
While everything that I said is true, I am also going to add a PSA to this review. 09/19/2025 Michelle(sp) is an absolute angel and has a great understanding of customer service. Treating everyone equally, including those with special needs. The shop was busy, including myself there were at least 5 customer orders waiting for help. She was there alone but the jobs done efficiently. What I saw that impressed me the most was how she handled/directed a young lady who obviously had special needs. I am not sure if she was a regular or not but that does not make any difference. The young girl walked to the counter wanting to be served. Michelle very gently asked her to wait in line after everyone else and that she would help her soon. The young lady followed direction peacefully and precisely. She helped her no differently than she helped the rest of us. The dignity that she showed girl was amazing. This ladies and gentlemen is how you treat everyone including those with...
