The most disappointing part about the review Iām about to give is that I know that if I would have been able to experience this, it would have been incredible. I noticed on the website that there was a Valentineās Day special, with the hours of operation starting at 1pm. I bought the tickets for myself and my girlfriend and the ticket stated that my timeslot was to start at 1. We made the drive out to Mesa from Glendale around 2-3, totaling roughly 45 minutes, and found out that they were actually not open. My girlfriend looked on different areas on the website and another section stated that the hours of operation actually started around 7. Because we were visiting from out of town, we were unable to reschedule our time and we were resolved to driving back to Glendale. Iām sure that the experience would have been beautiful if we were able to go, however the lack of transparency regarding start time was incredibly disappointing. Hopefully we will be able to catch it at some point...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's such a fun, niche little spot to visit!
We struggled only because it starts at 6pm, which is close to bedtime for some of us! But we took advantage of the children/senior discount being half off on Weds and Thurs. Parking's a mess, but aside from that the staff was super helpful and friendly both CS and in person when we realized we had chosen the wrong date!
The email to email is imagine@imaginarium360.com for any questions or complaints, since we've seen people grafiti and abuse the poor space. That's not their fault, though, as I've seen them work hard to clean it! It can be such a hassle having an event where people can be so disrespectful to the attractions. If you don't like it, just leave, right? Anyway, I would recommend this to anyone that wants to take their family or a loved one to a fun little outing.
Kids might be bored, though, depending on their niche interests. If they like fairytale theme, or enchanted forests they'll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor once the reviews actually helped me decide whether or not I wanted to take the family.
Sometimes it can be hard whether or not to trust a place just because of the reviews alone. I tend to not go, but even so my husband was begging to take our daughter and I just couldnāt say no.
For a family of three, our baby girl was free because sheās under 3 years. So we took advantage of their Spring Break deal and managed to see the lights. Itās actually pretty nice! I heard someone compare it to Christmas lights being dumped on a parking lotā¦while I see where theyāre coming from, itās absolutely NOT the case because I would not have taken my daughter if it was.
Sure, itās not exactly as how they post it but from what Iāve heard theyāve got different venues in different locations. Probably didnāt want to spoil the attractions šThis one was an...
