Update August 2022. Wife wanted milkshake. Runny, but good. I had to do the usual. I got two scoops that looked frozen in case. Handed to me promptly and an immediate constant fight to keep it on the cone as it began to instantly melt. I know, ice cream melts. But this was already soft serve. Had to eat it quickly to the cone. Cake cone. I'm pretty sure this had been sitting around a couple weeks. It was so stale. Two bites and had to spit out out. It was almost chewy. I told wife enough was enough.
Won't be going back
Update June 2022. Ordered milkshake for kid but I declined in getting anything. Most ice cream flavors were melted. Badly melted.
Update. May 2022. Went two times. Was a lot better.
One star for the employees and service and one for the idea of good flavored ice cream. Unfortunately, it's suppose to be ice cream. If I wanted soft serve there are plenty of other options nearby, including one closer to my house in the same parking lot. Why is my cup of ice cream already melting as soon as you put it on the counter? I mean seriously, it looks like it's melting inside the case as the employees are scooping it out I don't expect it to be as hard as a rock, but I definitely didn't order a milkshake. How about turning the freezer down a few degrees to get the ice cream where it should be? You know... frozen.
This isn't a one time occurrence. Last three times it's been this way. I'll give it another shot and if it's better, I'll update my...
Read moreGreat ice cream, awful experience. We arrived just in time to witness a customer yelling at the manager in the parking lot. Once that situation was apparently resolved, the manager came into the store and said she was leaving for the night. However after leaving, the manager came back into the store a short while later and began interrogating her two young employees about if they had rung up a particular customer once or twice (assumingly this questioning had to do with an entirely different situation and was not related to what we had witnessed in the parking lot). Regardless of the reason why the manager was questioning the workers (in an aggressive manner, I might add), it was not appropriate for her to do this in front of us customers. It made us feel very uncomfortable and even embarrassed for the workers... since they were being openly reprimanded right in front of us. Shame on Baskin Robbins leadership team to allow this type of management at their locations. We will choose another...
