We went to the place Saturday night for a friends last minute birthday dinner, as we arrived we had the hostess tell us the wait time would be an hour which was fine since we had no scheduled reservation and she also advised we could go to the bar while we waited. It was about 7 of us and as we went to the bar to grab a drink while we waited we found some chairs, not even 20 seconds later we had a waiter come tell us the those seats were reserved. The bar seats get reserved too? Ok no biggie, we moved! As we were waiting for the bartender to take our drinks we had a security come escort 5 of us out advising only 2 of us could be at the bar waiting. Very embarrassing but again we were already there and honestly we just wanted to eat and celebrate our friends birthday. Well my friend and I waited & waited and tried catching the bartenders attention so we could grab a drink while we waited but he acted because of the loud music he could not hear us. We then had a bartender who was grabbing her tables drink very rudely tell us “sorry but if y’all are not seated on the table ready to eat the bartender will not serve you, they will not serve you” Honestly the whole experience was very unfortunate and we will never go back. Management and the employees most definitely need to work on some better...
Read more"We visited Culichi Town with a large group, including children, and regret not checking reviews beforehand. Our experience suggests the restaurant may not be adequately equipped for larger parties, particularly earlier in the evening. The service we received was significantly below expectations. Our waiter was consistently rude and dismissive, frequently responding to refill requests with phrases like 'hold on' or taking a long time to bring drinks. Food was brought out at different times, leading to a disjointed dining experience. We also encountered difficulties when trying to split the check, as the staff initially indicated a limit of 3 to 5 tickets, despite our group having 10 separate requests. This created unnecessary stress and proved overwhelming to manage with children present. They did mention the ticket slip but was not until we had already had drinks and we were ordering food already. We decided to stay hoping we could get good service but service was terrible. On a positive note, the food itself was enjoyable, and the manager was friendly and accommodating. While the prices seemed a bit high for the overall experience, our biggest disappointment was the consistently poor customer service from the...
Read moreIf you enjoy seafood. This is definitely a place for you to try. About 95% of their menu is seafood, including sushi. They have one plate that consist of chicken, which is milanesa. I did not care for it. I did like my fries and guacamole. Just added lemon and we are good to go. They also have about five dishes that include steak, a burger and my favorite. Their own version of a kids meal for the kiddos. Thursday-Sunday they have a Banda that plays. It’s very loud and holding a conversation can be challenging at times. Luckily the servers will come side by side to get your order verses yelling. Ana was a very attentive server and always making sure we had everything we needed. She also recommended plates based on what you are craving. Loved the presentation of their food and the birthday dance that comes with a duck full of shots. Definitely a lively fun place. The staff is amazing. They all work as a team which is hard to find and the food comes out super fast. I saw them serve a group of 40 in less than 15 minutes. I was shocked but they...
