WunderBar — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Waitress came to took order when we are there but unfortunately we are busy in emergency phone call, we requested her to come after 2 mins. After that we waited another 15 mins, then we went to her to say that we are ready, after few mins she was serving another new table but she totally ignore us. She took another door after serving that table, This is unfair... authorities (owner) should take action on it otherwise rating will go down...

I was not satisfied due to the waitress not explaining our options as far as the mimosa and making the decision for us causing us to pay more then we expected to and then not having the choice of not tipping her due to this issue because gratuity was included.
