H O R R I B L E - S E R V I C E!!! When I arrived there was a short line 1 pregnant lady and another lady in front of me we all stood looking around for about 5 minutes... I thought they were waiting for their orders so asked had they placed orders... they both said no they were waiting to order... I then realized a group of women on the side chatting with each other in spanish... I then spoke up and asked "if this is where we place our orders?"... then they came to assist us... as it came to my turn to order I again I was left waiting.... I then asked again "is this where I place my order?" At this point all the women were busy... which I understand but someone should have said "I'm sorry someone will be with you." I was only that I be acknowledged. Very poor customer service!!! With that being said I then said very loudly "I'll take my money elsewhere!" and left to go next door to Jules Kitchen which as soon as I stepped up the stairs I had someone say "Good Morning would you like seat?" Thanks for the horrible service... if it weren't for Primo I would have never had the pleasure of...

I don't recommend this place for tourists. On multiple occasions I was standing in line to order (right in front of the "ORDER HERE") sign and I saw locals come into the store and simply cut to the front of the line. The problem is that the staff behind the counter also simply took the locals' orders, ignoring the tourists that were following the rules & waiting in line. And of course the staff behind the counter also prioritized preparing the locals' food while we tourists in line just kind of stared at the whole operation. I asked the manager about it on one occasion and they said "yeah these locals are crazy" and left it at that.

So you have both management and front line employees on board with prioritizing locals over tourists. Maybe that's OK for some things, but when you're trusting the folks behind the counter to safely handle & prepare your food AND they (and their mgmt) clearly view you as a second class customer, you're asking for trouble if you...

I’m writing to express my disappointment over an unpleasant experience I had at your store. Earlier in the day, my friend and I purchased coffee and food. Later that same day, I went back to the store and picked up two small vanilla creamers. A brunette female staff member yelled at me, claiming I couldn’t take any creamers unless I was using them immediately with a coffee, which felt unnecessary and aggressive.

When I explained the situation to the evening manager, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I told him I would not return because of how I was treated, and his response was, “Oh, you won’t make a difference.” That kind of attitude is unprofessional and disheartening.

All this over two tiny creamers—after I had already been a paying customer earlier in the day. The lack of courtesy and respect from both the employee and the manager was shocking. I hope you take this feedback seriously because no customer deserves to be...

Whenever I asked locals where I could get Cuban coffee they said Primo. I was expecting a traditional cafe with lots of coffee options but that’s not what this place is. It’s a little market with a deli that serves some hot sandwiches and empeñadas. You order it and they give it to you to go. Buy water from the market if you need water. I ordered the croissant bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Man it was delicious!! The croissant was huge, warm and flaky, and the it just a really solid choice. The cortido/cortino (?) - Cuban coffee with milk was good but not memorable. My disappointment was with the cleanliness of the tables which are outside. Doesn’t seem like they are cleaned regularly. It was a bit grimy. So, if you know the place is not a nice cafe with servers but a mini-market that gives you tables to sit at your leisure, then you’ll probably really like it for a quick bite.

Went here a couple of times because it's convenient to the hotel we're staying at. The service is pathetically slow you woke up to the counter and I'm telling you for older ladies no one comes up to you they look at each other like are you going to take them. I understand very little Spanish but I heard them making fun of a couple who had already ordered just simply awful. But here's my main complaint I bought a prosciutto hero cost $15 there is one freaking slice of meat look at it one damn slice of meat. Never in my life what I think Subway would have been a better option. Stay away these people don't want your business. Read the reviews how rude they are how slow they are
