Today I made a purchase at 06232 store on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. When I approached the register, only 1 out of 6 possible ones was open, but it also did not work because the employee, put a box with a broken product on that register and tried to repair it. A queue of several people has gathered. We asked to open another register , which the employee refused. I was standing in line with the child, I bought her a gift, if it wasn't for that, I would have left and not waited. After a while, the employee opened another register, served 1 person and closed it again. people asked why she closed the register, she replied that that cash desk only serves cards. I told her I wanted to pay by card, but she ignored me. She continued to disassemble something in the box. There's a long queue. This cashier showed her power in every possible way, mocked people. When I finally got to the cash register, she punched the goods for me, I asked her not to print the receipt, but to send it to the email, but she pressed the button to print the receipt. I asked her why she did it, to which she grinned. That is, the cashier behaved inadequately. Could you please hire a mentally healthy worker? I live 2 blocks from the store and I am a regular customer, my child...
Read moreManager Katherine needs more training ASAP. I was very excited for this new location. Large assortment of items and departments but somehow they really missed the mark with staff and it's very noticable. This was my 5th time visiting. The staff is bare bones, always spacey and can't understand basic english words like "exchange". But I speak spanish so it not a issue for me. However it could be for any non spanish speaker. This location also has a self pay with a old handheld scanner which is an awkward touch since the only employee that can be found will be near this area lost in their phone. It's almost as if this location would be better off with having no staff at all. Especially since the manager Katherine thinks it's okay to speed walk directly head on into a customer (me :) and continue walking away like nothing happened without a saying excuse me or apologizing. On what planet is it okay for managers to walk into customers by their own fault and not acknowledge the customer/retail setting by using basic manners? Staff does not fit...
Read moreI rarely come in and I'm in and out. Only thing I have to tell management is to tell or re train you're older employees or bossy ones at the register not to tell customers how to bag their items if they aren't doing it for the customer, i get you can be on stand by but i don't want someone being up in my face and getting loud and bossing me.
I'm being yelled at by a older woman who is an employee because she's telling me to put my items in a big bag, I don't want a big bag to luggage around and I live nearby, so I say no, she keeps bossing me. I told her 'me no want' 'no big bag.' She looked offended when I said no three times.
Look, if she was bagging my items, cool, go ahead but I still want smaller bags because it's easier for me to handle.
She needs to cool it and chill out instead of power tripping and trying to boss people.
Note: also their water bottles should be out of the way of where the carts need to be, kinda gross to have some reused bottle that has someone's germs...
