I’ve never had a better experience in a store. The store looked beautiful!! But more important I was greeted by a friendly staff that was knowledgeable and helpful. But not pushy. South Beach is an intimidating area and the staff was warm and welcoming. Stylish and on trend. Here’s my story: I was gathering things I wanted and trying on fabulous jewelry. In the process I took off two very valuable rings. One of which was my wedding ring. I had to leave suddenly and was planning on coming back. Long story short I had to leave suddenly and planned on coming back. I couldn’t get back before I had to catch a plane to Denver. On the plane I realized I didn’t have my rings! I couldn’t do anything about it till the next day. I reached out and they had my rings safely in their safe. Lauren the manager remembered me when I called and couldn’t have been nicer!! Visited this store on Sept 16. I love all the merchandise but the staff are snotty and rude. I think I spoke specifically with a manager, as she seemed to be the dominant person in-store. I was buying a pair of sunglasses and asked if they provide a wipe with it and that lady who seemed to be the manager told me she can spray windex on it If I wanted to. Her tone didn’t sound nice at all. Sales associate not even a store manager shouldn’t treat customers like this, like you’re a more superior person than the customer??It’s not even a luxury brand so I don’t know why associates are snotty? Absolutely love Free People!! Went into the store today with my husband and spent over $500 in clothing. Customer service really really bad. Manager and sales lady NOT PLEASANT AT ALL!!!!
