I drove down from Fort Lauderdale to acquire a specific item after being told that they are unable to transfer products to their other locations. After my purchase I had accumulated enough loyalty points in their system to pay for an additional item. I have used loyalty points on a second transaction directly after an initial transaction several times before at other locations. As I attempted to use my points, I was denied, and informed that they needed to be used at a later time. I explained to the attendant that I had traveled far out of my way, specifically to acquire this particular item only available at their location, and they were unphased. Update: Points are much easier to gain here. Money off purchases is almost instantly achieved by just making purchases.

Negative: This store has the same deals consistently and they do not seem to change very often. Prices here for edibles are cheaper/the same but all other cannabis products the price is slightly higher because other stores offer better discounts...

I had an outstanding experience at Curaleaf SOBE today. My bud tender Dereck was super friendly, informative and made me feel right at home. His colleague Zach was also really friendly 5 stars for them! I worked for Curaleaf in its infancy in 2017 and helped open the Dadeland flagship store. It’s exciting to see how much Curaleaf has grown with its brands and obviously making great hires with their budtenders. I will 100% return and am looking forward to trying the products...
