The store does not care about its customers. My son spent 2 days in line to buy a Air Jordan sneaker. The store personal said that the first 40 people in line would be able to purchase the shoes. My son was the 39th in line. For two days he stay there. However, people in front of him sold their place in line for groups of other people. He complained with the Kith personal about people cutting in line and selling their spot to others. The Kith personal said was not their problem. Really??? How a line to buy a product in a store is not "the store problem's"? I called the manager and explained to him that my son had just returned from his store crying after spent two days in line to buy a sneaker but he could not buy the product because people cuted in front of him. I told him my son allerted the store personal about the situation, but they did nothing The manager response to the situation was : "that is how the shoes game go". I did not know this was a game that Kith plays the customer. How a line in front of a store, is not the store problem???? How disrespected as a customer my son was by watching people cutting the line in front of him and when he told the store personal they said was not their problem? As a customer, I think is insane waiting in line to buy any product. To buy a shoes is even ridiculous, but that was my son teenager choice. This extremely bad Customer Experience at Kith to buy a sneaker certainly taught my son a lesson as a consumer. Why waiting in line to buy a shoes? Why allow yourself be disrespected by a store that can not even handle its own line? Why value a brand such Air Jordan? What makes that shoe so special? The bad experience trying to buy a Nike, Air Jordan at Kith taught my son that a brand or store have to earn his business and not the...
Read moreI recently made a purchase from Kith, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My order has been in limbo for an extended period, and despite my attempts to get clarity, I’ve been met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Rather than taking responsibility for the delivery issues, Kith conveniently shifted the blame to their carrier, expecting me to wait indefinitely for an investigation.
It’s evident that Kith prioritizes their bottom line over customer satisfaction. Their refusal to either resend my order or provide a refund, despite the clear delivery mishap, speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to their customers. It’s shocking that a company would leave a customer high and dry, especially when they are clearly in the wrong.
I urge potential buyers to think twice before engaging with Kith. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is a glaring red flag. There are plenty of other businesses out there that value their customers and stand by their products...
Read moreIf you are into designer brands, sneakers, or just looking for a place to visit on your trip to miami beach then i would recommend this place. The store is usually very organized and has a large variety of items in stock for you to browse and is in general just a cool place to shop with in my opinion the only problem being customer service. If you already planned to visit the store and buy a specific item then you most likely have the money you know you're gonna need, but if you are just passing by it can be a real hassel when you ask an employe how much something is worth (not all items in store have price tags) and then wait in line just to find out that item you wanted is actually alot more then what you were told. Remember that the dudes who are standing around the line and at the doors in suits who look like security gaurds most likely have no idea how much some items are worth so try not to ask them. Setting aside Customer Service this place is a really a cool...
