Open Miami Bus Tours — Local services in Miami Beach

Initially concerned because we booked and paid then told we couldn't go at that time, so we swapped to the afternoon. Then we were worried at the pick up point, because the time given was 2.20pm, but it was now nearly 3pm and no sign.. Called the office a couple of times and was told bus on it's way. When it did arrive, the driver/guide said the time given by the office was impossible to adhere to given the traffic. Anyway, after that, there's tour was fabulous, by far the most entertaining tour we've been on. Guide was knowledgeable, funny and very approachable for any questions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We scheduled 2 tours with Open Miami during our long weekend in Miami. The first tour was the convertible bus night tour - there was no convertible bus. They claimed it had a broken window and they could take the two of us in a van. We declined. The second tour was for the Everglades tour. They notified us 15 minutes before the tour was to start that the guide had car trouble and would be late. The guide showed up AN HOUR late - again no bus!! Picked us up in a car and drove us to the Everglade park. I would not call it a tour, but a very overpriced Uber ride. I never saw an Open Miami convertible bus once anywhere in Miami. Their website is all smoke and mirrors. Definitely go with a different tour company. Open Miami is a money making scheme...

Let me start off by saying, we really enjoyed our tour. We ended up being the only 2 on the tour, so it felt like we had a private tour. We felt like at the end of it, we had seen all of Miami that we wanted to see. The only thing we didn’t like, is that our tour guide offered me and my wife weight loss advice. The way he approached it, it seemed like he really just wanted to give us advice since he used to be larger, and had lost weight, he just wanted to share his “secret” to weight loss, but we both thought it was inappropriate.
