If there was a 0 star I would put 0. This place is the worst salon in Miami. Everyone beware! I got scammed as a first time customer after seeing good reviews and nice photos and have been a Florida resident for years and was in the area and came across this salon. After working out at the 1 Hotel I figured I needed my nails done and came across this salon on google and made an appointment. I booked dip nails, acrylic removal and a pedicure. After getting getting an appointment the same day and was told the pricing (extremely higher pricing for nails then usual) I gave in thinking it was a luxury professional salon and first time. I was pleasantly surprised only to be told a credit card hold for appointments, no problem. After arriving at the salon I noticed the salon was empty and extremely unprofessional. Very few dip color selections with 0 matching colors old pedicure machine with zero sanitizing plastic wrap and technicians that barely speak English. After telling the technician I don’t speak English they deliberately talk to each other about how rude and difficult I am in Spanish mocking and laughing at me.. only to their knowledge I understand some Spanish. The technicians are extremely slow, rude, and very unprofessional. They are independent contractors and come from elsewhere to the salon and overprice tourists in Miami Beach and take advantage of locals and first time customers. The technicians also don’t sanitize their tools and pull tools out of their own purse and give attitude. I advised my technician and the front desk I had a small baby at home and was short in time yet understanding dip polish takes time.. but not 4 hours. A normal 2 hour service took 4 hours!! I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:15 appointment and left at 5:45!! Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect while paying a premium for a poor quality service. Do your self a favor and run from this place. PS: You will most likely see a rude defensive response from the employee or owner but as a first time customer and a mother of a newborn this is not acceptable. I have photos of the terrible job of my nails and receipt as a paying customer to prove this is a real review....

Unreasonable, discourteous, rude - just a few words to describe their customer service

UPDATE: The businesses response below is a clear indication of how rude they are. The receptionist or whomever called me definitely cancelled my appointment immediately after the call ended and did not give me the opportunity to call back later to give my card number. You are essentially implying that I'm a liar. You are 100% getting a bad review for your customer service and your response and lack of apology clearly indicate how poorly you treat people. Customer Services starts with those who take your appointments and greet customers. These are the gatekeepers of your customer services, client experience and reputation. I think your staff should take accountability for when they have bad days. I was out in public having a great time which is why I couldn't blurt out my credit card number. Please do not project onto others - you have no idea what day I was having. Also, you could PAY for your website booking service to take cards online instead of calling people to have to say their card numbers aloud. Perhaps this is an investment in your business you will be willing to make in the near future. Be well.

I heard about this place and made an appointment for a pedicure during an upcoming weekend in Miami. I was out in the middle of NYC streets when they called for a credit card. I told the employee who called me that I would have to call later because I was in public. They did not have an option for me to enter my card number online. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn't hold my reservation without a card, I asked her if she would personally recite her card number if she was in public. She said no. Even after that, she continued to argue and threaten that she would cancel my appointment without a card on file. After talking in circles with her I simply said Thank you. Within seconds, my appointment was cancelled in their site. How horrible for a place to be so nasty to a potential customer before you even walk...

Attention Miami Locals and Tourists!!! If you're on the hunt for a top-notch men's haircut that's more satisfying than finding a parking spot right in front of Club E11even then Hennah Salon is the place to be! Let's start with the star of the show: Hannah, the magical mane mastermind behind the scissors. This wizard of hair has some serious skills! With every snip and trim, she effortlessly transforms your unruly locks into a work of art that even every Art Basel artist would envy. Now, let's talk about the secret ingredient to the Hennah experience: the conversation. You know those awkward moments at a salon when you're desperately searching for something to say other than "So, weather, huh?" Well, fear no more! Hannah's got the gift of gab, and her witty banter will have you forgetting you're getting a haircut in the first place. It's like having a stand-up comedian and a stylist all rolled into one fantastic package. Who says you can't have your hair and laughs too? But wait, there's more! Hennah Salon isn't just a haircut destination—it's an experience. As soon as you step foot in the salon, you're greeted by an ambiance that's cozier than your favorite pair of fuzzy socks. The atmosphere is so inviting that you'll want to grab a cup of hot cocoa and stay for hours. And did I mention the massage chairs? Yes, you heard that right. While Hannah works her hair magic, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a gentle massage that'll make you forget all your worries. It's like being on cloud nine, but with a much better hairstyle. So, my fellow hair enthusiasts, if you're looking to level up your haircut game and have a laugh-filled, hair-raising adventure, make your way to Hennah Salon. Hannah's wizardry, delightful conversation, and cozy ambiance will leave you feeling like a million bucks (or at least looking like it). Trust me, your follicles will...

Paid $540 for hair burnt to a crisp. I think it’s been 2 months or so since I’ve gotten my hair done there and for 2 months I’ve been contemplating writing a review. But I feel this is something anyone who cares about the quality of their hair should know, they do not care about the quality of your hair. It’s been 2 months I’ve had my hair tied in a bun because I’m too embarrassed, 2 months I’ve had my bangs clipped back to hide the short crisps. It’s sad how self conscious they made me about my hair now. I’ve also lost A LOT of my hair. The thinning makes me cry every time I grab a chunk of my hair. I will never ever be returning nor will I ever recommend a scam to anyone. This photo to the left was taken the night after I got my hair done and the second one is what it looks like 2 months later.

The salon has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere as well as a perfect location for anyone living or visiting South Beach. It’s very clean, chic and modern. Henna, the owner and creative director, is very knowledgeable and accommodating - doesn’t make you feel rush ever. She does my color and highlights. I’ve also done pedicure there and it was great. I recommend this salon to anyone who wants an excellent service in the heart of beautiful Miami Beach. It’s also pet friendly for well behave dogs like my Sophie or Eros ;)

I got my nails done there while on trip and already had a full set on. My nails started breaking 2 days after getting them done. Not only were they breaking they charged me full price for a set that was already on ($115). It hadn’t been 2 weeks before my nails started coming off and now my natural nails is torn off. 0/10 then she didn’t even know how to do French tip properly or any designs which was okay until my nails didn’t last. It’s a waste of time and money .
