If there was a 0 star I would put 0. This place is the worst salon in Miami. Everyone beware! I got scammed as a first time customer after seeing good reviews and nice photos and have been a Florida resident for years and was in the area and came across this salon. After working out at the 1 Hotel I figured I needed my nails done and came across this salon on google and made an appointment. I booked dip nails, acrylic removal and a pedicure. After getting getting an appointment the same day and was told the pricing (extremely higher pricing for nails then usual) I gave in thinking it was a luxury professional salon and first time. I was pleasantly surprised only to be told a credit card hold for appointments, no problem. After arriving at the salon I noticed the salon was empty and extremely unprofessional. Very few dip color selections with 0 matching colors old pedicure machine with zero sanitizing plastic wrap and technicians that barely speak English. After telling the technician I don’t speak English they deliberately talk to each other about how rude and difficult I am in Spanish mocking and laughing at me.. only to their knowledge I understand some Spanish. The technicians are extremely slow, rude, and very unprofessional. They are independent contractors and come from elsewhere to the salon and overprice tourists in Miami Beach and take advantage of locals and first time customers. The technicians also don’t sanitize their tools and pull tools out of their own purse and give attitude. I advised my technician and the front desk I had a small baby at home and was short in time yet understanding dip polish takes time.. but not 4 hours. A normal 2 hour service took 4 hours!! I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:15 appointment and left at 5:45!! Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect while paying a premium for a poor quality service. Do your self a favor and run from this place. PS: You will most likely see a rude defensive response from the employee or owner but as a first time customer and a mother of a newborn this is not acceptable. I have photos of the terrible job of my nails and receipt as a paying customer to prove this is a real review....

UPDATE: The businesses response below is a clear indication of how rude they are. The receptionist or whomever called me definitely cancelled my appointment immediately after the call ended and did not give me the opportunity to call back later to give my card number. You are essentially implying that I'm a liar. You are 100% getting a bad review for your customer service and your response and lack of apology clearly indicate how poorly you treat people. Customer Services starts with those who take your appointments and greet customers. These are the gatekeepers of your customer services, client experience and reputation. I think your staff should take accountability for when they have bad days. I was out in public having a great time which is why I couldn't blurt out my credit card number. Please do not project onto others - you have no idea what day I was having. Also, you could PAY for your website booking service to take cards online instead of calling people to have to say their card numbers aloud. Perhaps this is an investment in your business you will be willing to make in the near future. Be well.
I heard about this place and made an appointment for a pedicure during an upcoming weekend in Miami. I was out in the middle of NYC streets when they called for a credit card. I told the employee who called me that I would have to call later because I was in public. They did not have an option for me to enter my card number online. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn't hold my reservation without a card, I asked her if she would personally recite her card number if she was in public. She said no. Even after that, she continued to argue and threaten that she would cancel my appointment without a card on file. After talking in circles with her I simply said Thank you. Within seconds, my appointment was cancelled in their site. How horrible for a place to be so nasty to a potential customer before you even walk...
