Read moreI sat on the phone with the lady at 8:30 which was 30 minutes before closing and got all excited about the order and told her I was placing it in the app. She said I had 20 minutes therefore I placed it immediately within 1 minute after we got off the phone. They charged my card and then never accepted the order. She should have told me on the phone she was not going to accept the order. I ordered before it was too late and still was done this way. Then when I tried to call back 15 minutes before closing to see why they still hadn’t accepted the order she no longer would answer. Now I have to wait for a refund 3-5 business days. Will be leaving a bad review on yelp. She then got on the nerve to get on the phone after the food delivery driver arrived to get my order and said “we’re closed sorry” I told her I put the order in 20 minutes ago and spoke to you on the phone and you said I could order and even told me about the vegetarian options she didn’t care and handed back the phone to the driver. Complete waste of time to me and the delivery driver....
Read moreThe pastries are really good. They probably have only like 3 or 4 flavors for the ice scream. I'm giving only 2 stars for the customer service experience. Last time we were there it was at 8:30pm. I knew the store closes at 9:00pm so I asked the lady if we could buy ice scream and be there for 15 or 20 minutes, she told me yes. I asked for coffee but she just cleaned the machine so of course I couldn't ordered it but it was fine since it was late. What it really bothered me was when at 8:45pm they turned off the lights in the area we were eating the ice scream. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. I mean, she should tell us in advance but no she chose to act that way. For now I will came back if I want pastries but I will never eat...
