I paid $55 for a acrylic set, short w/oval shape- no designs. I called before going asking if they had a acrylic specialist, lady on the phone said yes, they're amazing and will be there in 15 mins-which was perfect for me to drop my son and go straight there. Once I got there I waited 10mins (not a problem). I got along and spoke well with the dark hair latina in the middle. However, the lady who did my nails was young, blonde h/lights with light eyes, I do not recommend her at all. She cut me 3x with the buffer machine. I let it go twice, on 2 other fingers. When I she got me the third time hard and i started bleeding she responded that it was my skin and that she never cuts anyone. Firstly, the machine shouldn't be touching the skin. -no matter my skin and whatever she was saying, super unhygienic and at this point people noticed I was very uncomfortable. Secondly, as I explained to everyone there casually talking, I'm a hairdresser. So now everytime i have to use chemical products my fingers are stingings like crazy. Now, when she tried to talk to me so I would not show how uncomfortable I was, she continued to laugh and smile saying my skin and w.e else, I replied "I'm a very frank person. I asked for a professional in acrylics no matter the price I wanted someone good, you've cut me on 3 different fingers and haven't apologized once. Please finish so I can leave" Super unprofessional and just lack of care. I won't be going back unfortunately and I was hoping this would be my new local spot but unfortunately not because of how it...

Worst and most unsanitary manicure I have ever had.

The woman doing my nails adhered acrylic to my skin in multiple places and then tried to cut it off my skin with an electric drill. I kept asking her to please stop drilling my skin, she would ignore me and continue doing so. Then she resorted to sharp scissors. That's when I noticed the tools she was using she was just digging out of a drawer, they did not seem to be sanitized at all.

This is all after she refused to give me the short manicure that I wanted because she said the length she picked would look better. I tried to explain to her that I cut hair and can't have long nails and she ignored me.

None of the nails are the same shape or length. They're not uniform in any way and they look ridiculous on my fingers.

It's now been over a day and a half since I got my nails done and my fingertips are still in so much pain.

I never have time to write reviews but have to for this place. My nails have chipped the following day with shellac. That is not even what bothers me the most. First of all the women came in with cuts on her fingers she had to bandage in front of me while I waited and was15 minutes late. Very nice lady but very unprofessional. They don’t care though. The woman at the front desk then proceeding to call her 8 year old a liar and be so mean to her because she said the bathroom smelled. Well we all know something like that kids just speak the truth, her mother must had made the bathroom smell and was too weak to admit it and punished her own daughter. Just a terrible...
