Mia Pet Grooming — Local services in Miami Beach

I was so happy to find that there was a groomer a few blocks away from my home. I took my toy schnauzer over to her and left him for over 2 hours I called and she said he was ready. When I went to get him I immediately noticed he didn't have a distinct schnauzer cut on his face. She explained that he wouldn't hold still for her. I had asked for him to be shaved down low on his body and his beard and brows to be trimmed in a classic schnauzer way. I texted her a bit later and ask if she would finish the job. She said after the holidays. But then she never answered my calls or text. I even ask for her to reimburse me $25 that I had to pay to my regular groomer to do the job right. And mind you he could be charged me regular for the work he had to do. He commented that the person obviously didn't know what they were doing. His ears, face, brows and most if his body had to be done again. I tried to resolve this issue fairly. I didn't even want a refund. Just her to pay for the amount I had to in addition to her fee. I don't like leaving bad reviews and usually will let it go and move on. But the fact that she won't return my few messages is very bad business. What a wonderful experience it was to have my 3 dogs be cared for by Mia. My husband and I were in Miami for two nights on business and we were hesitant about taking our dogs, luckily we found Mia! She took them in very early and allowed us to pick them up at what ever time was convienient for us. She was reliable, convienient and the dogs loved her.

Rosella has a lot of experience with dogs, she is a trainer and has advised me about behavior and training tricks. Emma gets excited when she sees her, she may not love to be groomed but she certainly loves Rosella. I board Emma when I need to travel, she get spoiled with yummy treats (real chicken that Ros cooks for her the doggies) and nice walks.
