The worst scam I’ve ever experienced. I paid $175 for a purse the salesperson claimed was handmade by a local artist, exclusive, one of a kind, with an 18k gold-plated chain. I was thrilled — until my stylist told me it’s sold on Amazon for $79. Her daughter even owns the same one.

Disappointed, I went back to the store, only to be told they don’t accept returns. I explained I was misled — I bought it because they lied to me, not because I changed my mind. They didn’t care at all.

I asked to speak with the owner — she refused, screamed over the phone, and hid behind her employee. No apology, no accountability. Just rudeness and arrogance.

Out of principle, I bought the $79 Amazon version and brought it to them to prove the deception. They ignored me again.

I later found many of their items — purses, hats, earrings — all on Amazon. Nothing in that store is what they claim it is. This place is built on lies.

Avoid this shop at all costs. Dishonest staff, a cowardly owner, and zero respect for customers. Shameful.

Let me clarify a few things. As for the product — which, frankly, is no longer my main concern — it is identical to the one sold on Amazon for $79. I have no reason to make this up; I didn’t even know your store before. I was simply walking through the area, thought the boutique looked charming, and decided to walk in — until I was misled.

The salesperson told me, word for word: “It’s a unique piece made by a local artist.” When I expressed concern about the chain due to my skin’s sensitivity, she replied: “This chain is 18k gold-plated.”

That is exactly what was said, and I remember it clearly because it’s the reason I decided to make the purchase.

What’s truly upsetting is your claim that I came in with a bad attitude. That is completely false. I visited your store twice — once on Monday at 5:30 p.m. and again today at noon — both times hoping for a calm conversation and perhaps even an apology. There were no other customers present, and the only raised voice came from the owner yelling over the phone, refusing to speak with me directly. Even the salesperson seemed uncomfortable.

To be honest, I wasn’t planning to write a review. I genuinely thought you might take responsibility and offer some kind of solution. It’s not about the money — I already ordered the same purse from Amazon to confirm the truth and have now spent time and energy trying to resolve something that should’ve been handled with integrity and basic respect.

That’s not how you treat a customer.

If everything was recorded on camera, even better. Please review the footage — not to defend yourselves, but to reflect on how poorly this situation was handled. It’s one thing to sell a mass-produced product as something exclusive; it’s another to then blame and discredit the customer when they speak up.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. I only came in to kindly ask for information on a jacket that a friend of mine liked, for a possible gift. The sales assistant was on the phone gossiping the whole time, despite saying hello politely as soon as I entered and even after waiting 10 minutes for her to finish talking. After all that time and it being clear that I was waiting to ask for a couple of basic informations (simply price and sizes, without even wanting to bother trying something on) I decided to call her attention, again in a kind manner, to which I was answered rudely pointing left and right as if I was spiteful to her by taking an interest in their products.
