Our story is long, detailed and fabulous! But here it goes! I moved to Miami Beach January 2020 and right before pandemic lock down... I spent hundreds of dollars and 7 hours, yes 7 hours... getting highlights at a nearby salon..only to get home with orange hair that was also uneven! Well, quarantine happened so I just ponytailed for awhile..then I got brave and decided to use Groupon for my next hair experience and found Zarina. I told her my situation and I was over, over paying for bad results..she got it. She said she would feel the same. So she offered me a better deal then Groupon over the phone. I show up and its comical. But she works her magic and boom, I'm back! Blonde not orange and a great angled bob cut for next to nothing in like no time at all! Well...since then. She had given me slant bangs, no bangs, perfect highlights and now She cuts my hubby's hair too !! She's a fabulous person, business owner, woman of many talents cute as pie and a blast to hang with!! She never hesitates to be honest and she is an artist! She has an eye for what looks best on YOU and she's always right! She is the best time, best price, best eye, fastest and makes you feel important even while multitasking like a BOSS! She also has a huge heart and takes care of local people in need of work.. and she insures the homeless kittens around her business get fixed, fed and loved! I am not understanding how this business got so many good reviews. I must have really come on an off day. My bestie and I were in town for a girls weekend and started it out with mani's and pedi's from this highly recommended nail spa. My friend got a lady who did not speak english and I ended up with the owner who had to be on some kind of substance. After my nightmare of a pedicure where she was digging into my toes and I almost ended up running into the bathroom crying she did my manicure and things just got worse. She cut me 4 times. Blood was pooling at my cuticle. It looked like she was falling asleep. She could barely find the polish bottle to put the brush back in. She told me to go wash my hands after she had only done one hand. Oh and she had a nice open wound on her hand which kept rubbing me. I'm not normally squeamish but this was totally unsanitary especially in covid times. This was by and large the WORST spa experience of my life and I could not wait to get out of there. She did give me a discount but my friend paid for me because she listened to the whole thing and just couldn't believe what...

She's really personable and determined. Fast response time, super useful tips, and very honest.

Amazing with hair-- haircuts, blowouts, curls, dying hair, etc.. and the way she talks and explains what she's doing to finally finish it off with you looking the most gorgeous you have in weeks/months in a way that looks almost effortless really lifts your vibe and lasts

Sometimes she's having a bad day and it affects the conversations she has with the clients but I would say she does her best to be mindful and generous. She goes above and beyond to say the least. If you mind someone who talks with a lot of personality you might mind, I respect the pride she carries for her business to keep it going strong.

I do not recommend her for stylized nails like acrylics, and I did feel the hair extensions were too high/tight so I had my sister take out some of them-- otherwise...
