KFC — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

Yesterday 9/7/25 I ordered with Uber a Combo 2 piece breast & wing grilled $10.49 & I paid on the side for a family mashed potatoe size & a personal Cole slow, what I got in the box was 1 leg & 1 thigh w/a personal mashed & Cole slaw…… I called the restaurant & they are not taking phone calls, today was the same thing… “THIS IS THE WORST KFC””!!…always in my orders they sent wrong items, or missing food & I called over there & spoke to the manager but now they’re not answering the phones. It’s pathetic that your paying for your food & they don’t sent what you’re paying for is a joke for the customers and very disrespectful. I am going to write & send a letter as a formal complaint with the BBB & see what they will do with all this issues…. A MAD...

The blond young lady in the front window was very rude she kept asking me how I wanted my Georgia gold I didn't understand at all what she was asking so I repeated my order which was 4 chicken little two plain with no sauce and two with honey mustard bbq's sauce she looked at me like I was crazy and rudely said yes I know I'm asking you about the Georgia gold I said I dont know what that is and then that's when she looked at me rudely again and said that meant the honey mustard bbq's one I explained to her that she should say that next time no where on your menu does it say that. Not to mention the chicken breading was white not brown they explained it was due to them using new oil I didnt buy it but ok I will be sure to not...
