Sleep Outfitters of Dayton — Local services in Miami Township

Recently, my husband and I bought the Luxe Adapt Soft tempurpedic mattress. We experienced some comfort levels with the mattresss. We visited the Sleep Outfitters store by the Dayton Mall. We were told that it was a beautiful store. So, we decided to visit and get some advice about our purchase and to get answers for some questions we had about the different types of mattresses. The store is absolutely stunning. It is clean and the lighting is very calming to test out the mattresses. The best part of our experience was meeting your employee, Zack. He was absolutely outstanding. He was very informative and knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer our questions in terms that made sense to us. He was so patient and kind. He never made us feel as though we were taking too much time and did his best to offer sound advice and knowledge about the mattresses and tried to guide us for the best choice for our particular needs. In fact, we visited the store twice in one day and he was just as kind and helpful for the second visit. When we left, I felt assured that I knew which mattress would be the best choice. I was absolutely astounded when he shared that he had only been at this job for three weeks. It really blew me away. I am so pleased to send this review! I was so impressed by the job Zack is doing. He deserves a pay increase as soon as possible. He deserves recognition from the company for the superior job he Is doing. It’s a joy to thank him and compliment him for his excellent work. Please don’t let the opportunity pass to thank him. Your company is great because you have an outstanding employee such as Zack. I very seldom take the time to write reviews. We had an overall positive experience at Sleep Outfitters by the Dayton Mall. We went in a couple of weeks ago just to price Tempurpedic mattresses and to also test some out. We dealt with the manager Aaron that day. He spent plenty of time with us, answering all of our questions, even some I know we repeated. We left pretty much knowing what we would come back to purchase. The ONLY small miscommunication we had was him telling us if we got a Tempurpedic we would have about $300 to spend on accessories, such as pillows or mattress covers. We found out later that was only if we bought the bed frames as well, which was fine, honest mistake. We came back in the next week to purchase. Aaron wasn't there, but we were helped by Lou. She was very nice about everything, and due to the miscommunication about the $300, she gave us a $100 mattress cover at no charge. The transaction went smoothly, she was very helpful, and our delivery was scheduled for less than a week later. Overall, I would definitely shop with them again. We went in wanting a Sterns and Foster, Sales Rep talked us into a Hybrid type and said to try it and if we dont like it after 30 days we can return it. Well we didnt like it and could tell after two weeks we didnt like it, we went back to store that sales rep wasnt there and this other worthless guy was there and said we told him which one we rather have he said no because we have to wait till we sleep on the one we had for 30 days not two weeks, So we dealt with this uncomfortable one for two more weeks then went back the worthless guy was there who was also the store manager we told him which one we wanted he then told us "sorry they discontinued that one last week and they can not get it but two weeks ago when we wanted it they could have but he made us wait, we had to complain up the the district manager who did get us the one we wanted however had to pay a bunch of hidden charges for the new one, long story short there "risk free" 30 day trial has a lot of red tape so make sure u get the one you want the 1st time and dont let them talk you into...
