2/13/25: Current update. Finally received a replacement recliner on 1/16. Had another tech come out to look at the loveseat that looks completely bent when you recline and not put together right. He of course says it's the "mechanism" and would put in an order to replace it. On 1/28 I receive a text that it's going to take 16-22 weeks to get that part in. Apparently they won't replace the love seat. Brand new furniture that we purchased in November 2024 and delivered in December of 2024. So far, I am not impressed w/ this store at all and I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I've attached pictures of the furniture we bought so everyone knows don't buy this furniture. It's made in Vietnam so if you need something repaired on it, just know you will be waiting 4-5 months at least for the part to come in, then they have to schedule to come to your area and where I live it's another 3-4 weeks out. Â I've also text the store manager yet again a cpl days ago and I have yet to hear back from him nor from the store when they said they would email the manufacturer about a replacement. This store does not care about you once they get your money. Don't waste your time.
Updating my review after receiving my furniture on 12/5. The delivery guys did fine, but left no manuals or anything (itâs all electronic furniture. The next day, the recliner wasnât working. Green light is blinking, controls on the side for reclining was blinking. Text the salesperson we purchased it from, still have not heard from her (today is 12/8, text 12/6). also text the chat bot and that said someone would be reaching out. Still heard nothing. Ended up having to call on 12/7 to finally get a hold of someone, for them to tell me they canât even send a tech out until 12/26 to look at my recliner. Now Iâm paranoid of the other 2 having the same issue. We spent almost $5K on this furniture and less than 24hrs later a piece is broken and have to wait 3 weeks for someone to come look at it.    Read moreI wish i could leave no stars! Buying the dishwasher was fine. Then the delivery/installation guys came to install on a Tuesday and couldn't get the dishwasher we bought to turn on. They left the dishwasher at our house, blocking some of the kitchen cabinets because it was already hooked up to water. Told us that we would be contacted the next day, first thing in the morning (Wednesday) and they would see us in the next day or 2 to finish installation. Wednesday comes, no contact from Big Sandy at all. My husband calls around noon and spoke with a manager named Amy. She told him she would call him back once she figured some things out, he called back just before 5 assuming she was going to leave soon (because again, no call back). She let him know that she was there until later that day and he would recieve a call back from her. Well...guess what? No call back. Now its Thursday and I call and they tell me delivery is scheduled for the next day (Friday) but nobody informed us. We didn't get a call back as promised from the manager. So I ask to speak to someone higher up because the customer service is just awful. I was then passed off to Travis (store manager) who of course apologies and whatever then tells me he doesn't wanna lose my business and is going to send us a gift card to their store for the inconvenience, never got a gift card and this was months ago at this point. Never got to speak to Travis again. Thankfully they did come to deliver the part and finish installation as stated on that Friday. Problem is, the customer service is terrible. Amy and Travis both said they would do things/make calls back and failed. As a manager, that is your job. I have never had such terrible customer...
