The staff at this location is extremely arrogant. Went looking to purchase some PS5 controllers which were advertised online to be $49.99. In the store they were marked full price. I asked the store associates about it and they behaved as if I was wasting their time. They kept repeating how the prices online were different than in store. Additionally when discussing colors, one guy stated the listing online needed to specifically state the controller as "metallic red". The controllers aren't named "metallic", it's Volcanic Red and Cobalt Blue. If one is to behave so arrogantly, one should certainly know the proper names of the merchandise. I ended up purchasing two controllers, in the colors I wanted, down the street at Best Buy. Their controllers were also advertised at $49.99 online. The in-store prices matched the online listing with no fuss. I won't be returning, and will seriously reconsider shopping with Gamestop...

Which is pretty good considering that's an old PS3 title and hard to find...the only thing I don't like about this location is it's not easy to get in and out of the parking situation is very cramped, GameStop is next to a bunch of small little shops and everyone's jockeying for a parking spot...and when you're coming in from 7:25 you literally have to go down to King's ridge drive turn left if you're heading east.. then you have to make another immediate left... Watch out for the large dip in the parking lot because of the drain... And you also have to watch out for people coming out of all of these small shops including children.... Shortly before midnight a frequent employee came out through the line very quickly asking people to come in if they had their pre-order finalized but did not explain. When time came when I was about to go into the store they would not let me in and said that my pre-order was not finalized,still did not explain and told me to get in the back of the line very rudely,at that point I just had to leave cuz I was very angry. Since the GameStop by me went out of business this is now my store and I have to drive quite a bit to get there and almost every time I get there I'm treated with attitude/poor customer service an half of them don't even know anything about video...
