We tried over and over again to enjoy this place. This was the last straw though. Service took forever, the water taste like dirt, they tried to give is more water with lemon to try and mask the dirty taste, then got a soda that taste like the fountain nozzles are never clean. When the tacos came out they looked really sad. The tortillas were crunchy. Then we were charged for two drinks when only one was brought out. Oh! And the menus weren't even wiped down, the place was an utter mess and the bussers weren't even sanitizing the booths after patrons left. Do NOT go here if you want to remain safe.
My lady wanted taco's for taco Tuesday. I told her about the last few experiences we had here and I didn't want to go back...but to make her happy and since their Facebook page said $1 tacos I said sure, why not. Well, we ate, received our bill and noticed we were being charged $1.50 per taco. Now, I don't mind paying for my food, but the $0.50 extra was not going to fly when their Facebook page said taco Tuesday$1 tacos. I tried to reason with the manager on duty and he refused to change the bill to reflect the correct value advertised. He called the cops, the cops forced me to pay my bill or I would be charged with theft.
I will never, ever, ever, return to this establishment. False advertising and old bait and switch tactics. They broke the law, yet I was the one left looking like I was the criminal.

Read moreToday was Cinco De Mayo 2020, and my wife and I were super excited to eat the delicious feast of El Toro Goodness. We placed our order online because this stinking pandemic is still going on. I arrived on time to pick up my order. I was not alone. People must have known and craved the deliciousness of this amazing restaurant because the entry way was filled (six feet apart from on another) with door dash and online orders. This is when the dark cloud of Door Dash logistical failure began to cloud over the beauty of the majestic El Toro. All the poor Door Dash delivery people were stuck in limbo as the ordering system overloaded the area’s Mexican Restaurants’ To-Go Orders. We all had to wait for quite a long while, but the staff was working their butts of to help as fast as they could. The orders they were filling were backed up and unknowingly cancelled, and they couldn’t fix it from their end. The crew that was already taxed and understaffed were very polite and diligent. It was quite the ordeal, but after a bit of a wait and some patience my wife and I are enjoying a feast fit for royalty. We really love El Toro and their entire staff. I hope all of the Door Dash employees were able to make their rounds because I’m sure it was chaotic, but I hope they know how hard the staff was working to make things right! All hail El Toro!!! Read moreArrived and was seated around 6:30 pm on Friday, October 11, 2013. I ordered the Monster Burrito. When I took my first bite out of it, it was really juicy and very salty. I took another bite and it was extremely salty as well. Too salty for me to eat. After some time of waiting for the waitress to return so I could order something else, my fiance got tired of waiting and went to the front counter to get someone to resolve the issue. The manager came back with him and asked what was salty. I told him the burrito. He said it was not the burrito, but maybe the guacamole (which was in the burrito). He told me he would have to taste my burrito to see what was wrong with it.I thought maybe I heard him wrong and I ordered a bean burrito with cheese sauce instead. My fiance said his rice (rice was also in the Monster Burrito) was extremely salty. When the bean burrito came they had put tomato sauce on it instead of the cheese sauce I asked for so I cancelled my order and asked for the check for my fiance's food. When we went to pay the manager rudely informed me he had tasted my burrito and nothing was wrong with it, "It tasted fine". They were very rude about the whole incident and couldn't even get my replacement order right. They didn't apologize once and were set on being right. Not impressed with the service at all....
