One of the worst Target stores I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing. As I write this review, myself and at least 7 others are sitting outside waiting for our drive up orders to be brought out. Have been here nearly ten minutes. Up until their renovation it was the dirtiest most disorganized Target store I’ve ever been to in my life. Even now, it’s still sub-par. Items in complete disarray, IF they even have them in stock. I used to work at Target in the somewhat recent past and I know the standards they are meant to adhere to; none of which this store does. I don’t know who the GM is but they need to be replaced. I have only used drive up 5 times but 4 out of those 5 times my order has had pieces missing from it. The last time it happened, I tried calling in to notify an employee to retrieve my missing items only to be hung up on FIVE TIMES because nobody was answering the phone. This went on for TWENTY MINUTES until I finally got ahold of someone in the food and beverage department. I had to try every single department to get one person to finally answer. This review will probably make no difference but I’m so fed up with this company, which I used to love, that I don’t know what else to do. Stop cutting payroll to the bare minimum and hire some more employees for gods sake. It’s not fair to the customer or the employees (who are having to do three peoples jobs at once) either. This once amazing company is turning to garbage because all they’re concerned about is their bottom line/turning a profit and nothing...
Read moreI usually enjoy shopping at Target—the atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and it’s a good place to take your time and browse. This visit started off the same, but there were a couple of things that really disappointed me.
First, a worker kept following me around the store, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, just trying to shop like everyone else. It felt unnecessary and honestly kind of hurtful.
Second, I’m 400 pounds, and I was really hoping to find some clothes that fit—but most of what I saw was way too small. It’s discouraging to walk into a big-name store and still not see options for people my size. Everyone deserves to feel seen and included, and it would mean a lot if Target expanded their sizing in-store instead of only online.
I still love the store overall, but these things made the experience less than...
Read moreHad to come back to edit my previous review. Shopping at this Target location used to be a relatively nice experience. Now it appears they've closed all the self scan lanes in whatever attempt to reduce theft? I don't know honestly but I have severe social anxiety and strongly prefer to not go through a cashier's lane. I honestly feel less and less welcomed by Target to shop in store. I dispise Walmart but I've chosen to shop there more often due to this policy, at least until another option presents itself. Edited to add their response to this was to ask an employee to open a self scan lane for me specifically. I explained how social anxiety works and basically got the shruggy shoulders emoji. On that note I'm done. Target...
