My daughters and I visited to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday and I have to say the experience was phenomenal!

Truth be told, this was a very spontaneous visit and we anticipated the wait being elongated due to the usual business of Saturday evenings so the biggest frustration was keeping the two Littles (TOTALLY my issue!!!) with us being walk-ins occupied while we waited to be seated. The atmosphere was lively, the food and service was out of this world, and the host I had spoken to was incredible! He went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience possible with consideration to the current circumstances. It was certainly worth the wait and even with that, it was all around the best birthday celebration we have had! This place is busy for a very obvious reason!

I have to say, the host genuinely went out of his way to keep us all satisfied. I commend him for all he did this past evening and he guaranteed returning business. He was absolutely perfect! I can't even find the words to articulate how grateful I was for his patience, kindness, and attention to detail. This is the kind of man that everyone dreams of hiring because you know he will be willing to go above and beyond. So please, the host that was scheduled for the 19th of February, give that man a raise and another one and then ANOTHER ONE because he absolutely deserves it! The grill worker was fantastic as well (and if you happen to read this, I want to apologize again for my daughters speaking so softly! You were fantastic!!!!) and the server was incredibly prompt with any additional services required (drinks, boxes, bags, UGH I ADORE YOU!!!). The service I received this past evening trumps everything! And to wrap this up, the sushi is divine!!! I definitely recommend trying a few rolls, especially...

We are here tonight for the first time. The chef was friendly and engaged our shy daughter well, and the performance was fun and I guess what you get at a hibachi.

But I quickly became horrified at the approx. half gallon of sugar water dumped on all the ingredients (except for fried rice): shrimp, scallops, chicken, all of it, drenched, drowning in the same tepid sugar water. The shrimp tasted like sugar soy. The chicken tasted like sugar soy. The scallops tasted like chicken abused and bullied by sugary soy water. Nothing tasted like what it was and everything tasted the same.

The only decent dish was some deep fried fish which was, it turns out, salmon breaded with corn meal. This is not a preparation I’d expect for salmon but it was really pretty good.

The meal was incredibly rushed, with a request for orders before I could read the menu and the passing out of styrofoam boxes and plastic bags before we were half done with our meals.

And you know what? Customers were lined out the door. I’m 99% certain the chefs knew they were committing crimes against shrimp and chicken in there, drowning every single ingredient in the same sugary bath water. These guys can probably cook up something nice when they’re allowed to make decent food. But they’re not. The line out the door proves it. The customer is always right,...

Staff was really nice! The only problems I had was that I ordered the vegetables since I’m vegetarian. I’ve eaten at plenty hibachi before and have never had problems with the meals and my dietary restrictions, but this place just didn’t practice cross contamination prevention. I watched as meat was prepared in the middle of the grill and my vegetables were tossed with the same utensils at the same time. Then the vegetables were pushed into the center, directly were meat had been cooked prior and wasn’t properly scrapped clean. I haven’t eaten meat in so long so I get very sick from cross contamination like this. He scrapped chicken off the spatula right before he scooped the vegetables on my plate. I couldn’t eat my meal. Additionally we got about half the amount of rice as the other guests in our section. Finally I ordered a tofu appetizer and it was just bad. Like slimy and falling apart with no flavor… The manager was super nice and was able to remake my food safely for me and I appreciated it so much. (Please do not take your anger out on the workers!!) . I give 3 stars because they corrected their mistake but I was disappointed that it even happened. If you don’t have dietary restrictions this place would be great! If you’re vegetarian/vegan...

Went there for late lunch after seeing 50% off sushi sign outside. I just needed something light as I wasn’t too hungry. Both rolls were good but when I received my bill, price was not correct I was over charged on both rolls. When I ask the waitress how come price is not correct, she said let me get the manager. Manager/owner came over and explained “the menu is old we haven’t received new menu price is not much difference it’s only $1 more. Both rolls regular price is $13 and $10.75 at 50% off my bill should have been $11.87. I was charged $13.37. It’s not about $1.50 I was over charged, if I was told about incorrect pricing at the sitting I wouldn’t have had any issues but you can’t charge extra every customers without telling them upfront. She explained once she gave me $1 off(still not correct price) for the next time all sushi’s you add $1 more than what’s showing on the menu. Needless to say I will not be going there “next time” when you cheat your customers by over charging.

Very fun place to go with a group for hibachi. We had not been in years and it was better than I remembered. The space feels a little cramped and dark but the food was good and the chef was entertaining. We did feel rushed. This is not a place to linger at all. They push you to order quickly - bring out courses quickly then come back in five minutes to pick up the dishes. Everything is fast. Get them in and out as fast as possible. I get they want to turn the table but it was a little over the top. Despite the rush, we all had a great time and would do it again. Just have a plan to socialize elsewhere afterward.

We were quickly seated soon after we arrived on a Saturday evening. Sake was a lot of fun. The hibachi is always entertaining. The service was great. The food was good, but I was a little disappointed as my sister in law is always raving about it. I just felt I've had a lot better from other restaurants. However, we ordered the spicy crunch tuna roll, and it was really good. I would go back because we did enjoy ourselves, but with more realistic expectations of the food. I gave more stars than I wanted to d/t the experience.
