Echoing what others have said, they are short staffed and it shows in the speed of drinks and the attitude of the workers. It can't be easy to be so busy, with a drive through that blocks traffic, and have delivery pick up and mobile order pick ups being rude, all to be working non stop and try to plaster a smile on your face. It's a tough job! Some employees are better at hiding their anger and frustration than others.
My only issue is the order they do things seems backwards. Ordering in store seems to have your ticket pushed back repeatedly by mobile or drive through orders. At least mine did today. My ticket sat there printed and stuck to the metal as others were newly printing and getting made immediately just to sit in a line of drinks. The poor girl behind the counter is always ambushed and alone so I frequently skip my coffee. You'd think with such a busy location, they'd try to staff it with more people. Read moreThis is a really nice Starbucks inside of Target. They always have a great collection of cups and mugs for the cup hunters out there. Their staff is extremely friendly too. I recently tried a new drink that has been getting mixed reviews, and the barista made sure that I liked it.
