The most incompetent person works here.. i came in to swap my phone numbers from two phones. The guy helping me seemed like he had no idea what he was doing from the beginning and I should have gone with my instincts and left right then and there. Instead of deactivating the sim on one phone he merged them together and now i am unable to use the other line. I spent two hours in the store going back and forth until I decided to log in to my at&t app my self and try and figure it out. I still wasn't able to fully figure it out but I was at least able to somehow activate the second line. When the guy realized that he is zero help and unable to complete the simple task, I proceeded to ask him then who would be able to help me?? he shrugged his shoulders and accused me of messing something up prior to me coming in there. I asked him to get the manager or someone who would be able to assist me considering the fact that he just deactivated my work phone line, he proceeded to tell me that the manager is able to come in 2 hours, but they close in 20 minutes. Then when I asked him if i can get help transferring all the information including contacts, photos, iMessages from one phone to another he proceeded to tell me that its not possible… when i called apple they told me that it is 100% possible as long as all the data is backed up on an icloud. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from at&t and I am shocked this man still has his job. I now have to go back to at&t tomorrow to get this all sorted out. Terrible service the staff more interested in watching the movies they play.
I needed to upgrade to a new phone so went here because close to home thinking it was AT&T store.
1person was knowledgeable (Eric)but was trying to handle 3 clients at once so you never really knew who he was speaking too the other 2 employees were more interested in discussing their lunch order and the movie that was playing.
I bought a phone and was told I could get 2nd one free just needed to add a line for service. They didn't have the 2nd phone but would order it.
When I got home I found out ( bu research) that in reality the phone is not free you are billed for 30 months of service.
So went back to store when the phone arrived and said I didn't want 2nd phone if I had to commit to 30 months.
They said call AT&T you signed for phone not our problem.
Then advised me restocking fee and I had to take phone topost office to return. I hadn't even received the phone yet
I called AT&T 611 very helpful and they spoke to retailer who still refused to fo anything. They sort of threatened saying they would return it but if it got lost I would be billed. Like a threat they intended to loose it..
I returned the phone to post office myself. Don't go to this location it's not AT&T.

I called and they told me the last day to make an exchange with a 45.00 restocking fee was tuesday. I came in and from the moment I said the date their demeanor changed and said I was over the 14 days and they could not exchange it. They called their manager and he even said no. When I asked to speak with him the guy literally said his boss would kill him.
