Waited from 7:31pm that my order was placed online to 8:39pm to receive it. I was already at the store by 7:50pm. I was told my order hadn't printed so it hadn't been made. (But I'm already there, and there's no line, so why not just make it for me instead of having me wait?) Each time I would go up (total of 5 times) I was told another 5-10 mins. The last time I went up I was told they were making the broccoli because they had none. I waited until my order was ready. When it was ready, it sat another few minutes inside the bag before the person handling finally gave it to me because she was "helping" another customer.
Worst customer service experience of my entire life. But to add to this, apparently the teenage employees of this location think it's laughable to further aggravate an annoyed customer by giving poor servings to a person who waited an hour and 10 minutes for their order.
My order was supposed to be two servings of beef and broccoli with one side which was fried rice. The plate is 70% fried rice with 5 pieces of beef (see picture).
Never coming back here again. Contacted PE headquarters for a refund or some sort of amendment...
Read moreWish i had something good to say about the service. Good staff to staff communication but not that great from staff to patrons. I placed two orders via the application. The order that was placed first was non existent when i arrived. The shift leader was loud and kept advising me that they did not have this order. Kept telling me to check on my phone location/name of order. But i had already received the text notification that the order was ready. The staff assured me that the app does this, which seems redundant. Out of somewhere the shift leader found my order but never communicated why it wasn’t ready i stood there waiting for about 10 minutes while others started pilling up behind me waiting to also grab the mobile orders. The cashier in this spot needs some better training on customer experience and awareness. I would come back but I would not order via the app as the staff doesn’t seem organized enough to prioritize which food items...
Read moreIf i could leave 0 starts I would. Im a regular customer of this Panda Express since I started working nearby an office from there. I go there for lunch about three times a week and so do my co workers. Most of the times Im there there is this lady (probably on her 50-60’s, she is a little overweight) and oh my god! The way she treats the employees its disgraceful. How can management allowed this lady to be entitled to speak to her employees like this? Horrible management its probably worst if they think her behavior its okay. Food its great but the energy from this place and specially this lady are horrendous. My co workers and I will never come back to this Panda Express as long as she works there… poor employees have to deal with her nasty attitude because they need the job. Managment needs to do better and either coach or fire this lady! so grumpy, so ugh, you couldn’t pay me to work along her...
