I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service, attitude, and lack of sanitary practices I experienced at your Waterford location on 7/14/25.
I arrived at approximately 9:12 PM well before the posted 10:00 PM closing time only to be told immediately by your employee, Alexis, that there was no steak, chicken, or honey chicken available. She also mentioned that “everything is being cleaned and put away,” clearly meant to discourage any further customer orders, despite the restaurant still being open.
When I asked if more meat could be cooked, Alexis told me “no” because they close at 10. A manager in a polo shirt with blonde hair then stepped in and, with visible attitude, stated it would take 30 minutes to prepare honey chicken again, without offering a solution or expressing any concern for customer service.
To make matters worse, this same manager was visibly handling and cooking chicken while also touching her phone in front of customers, without changing gloves. This is a serious violation of food safety and sanitation protocols. Where is the oversight?
This type of service and behavior should be of concern to the general manager and franchisee. During the short time I was there, approximately 7 paying customers were turned away due to unavailable food and dismissive staff. That’s not just a service failure it’s a loss of business and revenue.
A location that advertises being open until 10:00 PM should be ready to serve customers with courtesy and proper food handling until closing not refuse service, display poor attitude, and ignore basic hygiene procedures.

Read moreWent to this location because was in the area , only 2 people working when I walked in the cook and the person on the line preparing tacos ect . . First wanted white rice for a bowl for my son the line person said they didn’t have meanwhile the cook is right behind 3 get away from her serving the rice in the containers they put in the serving area , so I told her he’s serving it right now which she had already seen him , asked for chicken shes says out of chicken , there were 4 containers of chicken behind her waiting to be put in the serving area , finally i asked for 3 chicken tacos for myself she got the spoon they use to serve and from that one spoon filled all 3 tacos literally 3-4 small pieces of chicken in each taco , Ridiculous portion . I asked to speak to the manager and she said oh sorry that’s are portion turned around and walked away . Which brings me to my final problem they had 2 employees working the cook and the person who prepares . Management had the same person serving charging as well not only is this a health code violation because the person didn’t change gloves or wash hands . That manager who’ should have been charging went right back to her office without a care in the world after her response of the portion instead of helping out her employees and customers . This is not the first time it is very annoying to stop my work because of something that i paid for & did not receive . I called the store & asked for a manager 10/10/21 11:35am to complain about the constant problem after i explained to the manager he hung up in my face. I left my job to retrieve the salad dressing & utensils, it was 12pm at this time i questioned the manager (short spanish or white male) about hanging up in my face he basically called me a liar & said it was no salad dressing that’s why i didn’t receive it he continued to argue with me i cut him off & told him there also weren’t any utensils in my bag either and as a leader that is bad management no matter what your excuse is. He went to make the dressing to give to me if the store opens at 10:45am why are u making the dressing a A hour & 15mins after opening yet still serving salads?
