I cannot believe the treatment of customers in this studio, today after being a loyal customer of 3 years to this film lab spending twice the amount out of support to small business I will no longer return. after waiting 15 minutes for the storeperson to be off their telephone, I was inquiring on stock to purchase 35mm for my camera before going to the miami zoo. I was gifted a Fuji vintage 35mm from family for Christmas and was excited to use it but could not find instructions. I thought that at Carousel after buying a film purchase of 50-75$ like in the past Gabriel help me put film in my camera and show basics of usage but today this person laugh in my face when I requested help with camera and rejected my business to buy 35mm film saying its "better you come back when you know how to use the camera" . I am not professional just a humble student wanting to waste my money at this condescending and egotistic place. after this horrible experience, I arrived at bellows film lab in wynwood where the stores person greeted me with respect and happily assisted loading the film and showing me the basic functions of my camera. better to take your money and good energy elsewhere, like Bellows in wynwood. carousel is nothing but a bad price and bad energy of lazy and...

Unless you are willing to be disrespected by a business owner, don't use this service. The information they give you on the phone changes once you are at the store. Not only they don't communicate properly with the client but they also will offend and attack you even if they are the ones making a mistake. I left a camera to be properly looked at, diagnosed completely and to fix a broken back. I paid $25.00 fee to leave the camera (amount never mentioned over the phone,) got my camera sent out and back without any diagnose on the overall condition and with the reply that given a new part for an old camera could take long (instead of even consulting me on the lead time), the camera was brought back, I lost $25.00 for nothing and never got the camera to be properly checked by an expert. Once I complained, the owner started giving me a lecture, interrupted me several times, never listening to anything but his own broken excuse. do not recommend on any level, you will pay double the price for your film with extra rude service and attitude. today will be the last time I give my business to carousel after loyally driving out of the way to continually buy my film here since living in miami the associate today treated the client with extreme disrespect. I ask for assistance from associate that has zero other to assist in store as student using my 35mm camera that I was gifted as I go to store to buy 35mm film and put into my new camera.
