Subway — Restaurant in Miami

I will leave my original review below, but 1st want to add a comment... Last night I went in to get a pizza. I was fortunate to be served by a wonderful young man named Kevin. He's not only friendly, efficient & professional, he exudes charisma & a fantastic work ethic. 5⭐'s for Kevin!!! I hope his bosses realize what an asset he is!!! Thank U Kevin🙏

Never been a big fan of their subs, BUT every now & then I'll stop by to get a personal size Pizza (topped w/Garlic Aioli Sauce🤤🤤🤤).

My issues w/this location: There's always only 1 employee serving customers after 6PM, their Coupon Scanner is way too often "Not working", some products aren't available late evening & the majority of their staff only speaks Spanish, which has makes it difficult for some of my family & friends to place their orders or actually get their...

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The employees did not speak English, which is fine by me. I ask her for a new garlic break spicy Italian and she starts making me a regular. I correct her after that, and all seems okay. Then, we go to the vegetable section and I ask for lettuce and tomatoes, which I usually put on the spicy Italian. When I look at the sandwich, it's a damn meatball. I hate the meatball with those toppings so now it's ruined for me. I just took the sandwich since my girlfriend was with me, but I really wanted to walk out of the store. I usually don't care about fast food places enough to put a review, but this was too bad. I just had the most horrible experience ever, and I wasn’t even the customer. I walked into the store being told the delivery was ready only to have to find out it’s being prepared. Then I’m being told that the order was picked up by another dasher. So as I proceed to walk back in the store asking questions I’m treated with the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life!
