I did not have a good experience here. I got a hydra facial and it was done carelessly. A facial should already include extractions but they wanted to charge extra. I called the day before to check the prices to add derma planning to my service and was told a different price one I arrived. I believe the lady was just trying to make more money off of the facial because I didn’t want the other add ons. The lady doing my facial was very dismissive because I didn’t want to pay extra for add ons. When you get a facial your esthetician should always tell you what they’re doing during the facial but mine didn’t speak to me the entire service. Amazing services and beautiful location!! I found Flawless Aesthetics via GroupOn and called them to make an appointment for a Hydrafacial. Leyaneth was able to honor the GroupOn price that I saw online which I very much appreciated. It was my first Hydrafacial and I had such a wonderful experience with her, I decided to come back the next day for a Vampire (PRP with microneedling) facial!
