I was so happy to have found a GLL showroom in Miami as I felt there were few bridal stores options with a focus on sustainability, and was so pleased one of my favorites was close to home. Regarding the dresses I am most impressed by how comfortable they were, how light they felt, how smooth and soft (no itchy lace in any dress i tried!) and how well though out every dress with a long train hooked unto the dress as well as offering finger & armholes which makes for such beautiful flowy-ness! Everything about working with GLL was just lovely - from the ease of booking a free appt online, to Jasmine, our assigned stylist, reaching out to me a day or two before our appointment to let me know she received my desired dress selections and ask if I had any questions, and remind me the no / minimal makeup request (which I am surprised more places don’t ask for actually!). I am eternally grateful to have had Jasmine to help me. 🌸 She is not only clearly wonderful at making brides and their guests feel heard and comfortable enough to be able to take in this experience happily, she took her time to walk us through the company’s vision and sustainability goals, and also gave us all the time necessary to do all the happy twirls that were needed in each dress, styling gowns with such gorgeous veils and accessories that fit each dress and the look I wanted just right, and was such a sweet presence - never pushy! I was a very indecisive bride stuck between two dresses, and she did all she could by sharing photos of other brides from their ipad and ensured I spent as much time moving around, sitting and properly judging the two finalists as much as possible - so when her next appt didn’t come in, she went & grabbed the 2nd finalist for me to try on again, styled me with another gorgeous veil and gracefully gave me more time with it, which was wonderful because going back to it, I knew it was the one 🤍 I loved how when it was official she filled our glasses with more champagne and gave us room to feel the feels and hug it out. I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Grace Loves Lace. Merline was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was attentive to every detail and made my trial experience an unforgettable one. Her energy is infectious and care is incomparable. The fabrics and ease of each dress I tried on is truly unmatched. I even asked if the designers/founder had a dance background because the fit and thought behind every detail is spectacular and true to form.

Although I had to pivot in my final decision, I wanted acknowledge Merline and the amazing team behind this brand. As a marketer, I know the work that goes into ensuring everything you speak of comes through in your service and product and GLL (and team) are one of the few that have managed to successfully close that gap.

My daughter and I just purchased her wedding gown from Grace Loves Lace and it was a wonderful experience. We had two appointments at the Toronto location and the selection of dresses, cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff prompted us to visit the Miami location while in Florida in January. I was impressed by the communication between the two stores, we didn’t have to go over her personal tastes and the dress she loved was in the store in Miami which was beautiful. From the moment we walked into the Miami store I knew it was going to be a great day, Jasmine greeted us with her beautiful smile and a glass of bubbly which was much needed after the hectic drive from Fort Lauderdale. She quickly put us at ease and went above and beyond to make our experience excellent, she was very patient and had some great suggestions for the big day even showing us pictures of brides in similar gowns which was very helpful in making the final decision. We have been in the hospitality industry for a long time and it is getting harder to find excellent employees, Jasmine is a definite asset to your company.
