Title: A One-Star Rating for Hermes Store in Miami Design District - Disappointing Customer Service Experience
Rating: âď¸
Review:
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Hermes store in Miami Design District, and I feel compelled to share my one-star rating to express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I received. My encounter with the staff, particularly Iryna, was marked by rudeness, lack of assistance, and an overall dismissive attitude.
Upon entering the store, I approached Iryna with a simple request for assistance in finding Christmas gifts for my family. Instead of providing the expected professional and courteous service, Iryna responded with unnecessary rudeness and condescension. She made me feel unwelcome and belittled, stating that she was not "Father Christmas" and that I should not expect to be able to ask for whatever I wanted.
To my disappointment, Iryna's behavior was not an isolated incident. Her colleagues also displayed a lack of willingness to help, continuously passing me off to one another without providing any meaningful assistance. This constant redirection only added to my frustration and made me feel as though I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
The overall atmosphere in the store was far from welcoming. Instead of feeling like a respected shopper, I felt as though I was begging for assistance. The lack of empathy, respect, and basic customer service skills demonstrated by the team at the Hermes store in Miami Design District was truly disheartening.
As a customer, I have never encountered such a rude and unhelpful team in my life. The experience left me with a negative impression of the brand and a strong reluctance to return to any Hermes store in the future.
In conclusion, I regretfully give the Hermes store in Miami Design District a one-star rating due to the extremely poor customer service I received, particularly from Iryna and her colleagues. The dismissive attitude, lack of assistance, and overall rude behavior made my visit to the store an unpleasant and disheartening experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved customer service training and a more welcoming environment for...
Read moreCustomer service is terrible. Please do not waste your money or your time in this store. Despite being a high luxury brand, customer service is one of the worst things you will ever experience. As soon as I arrived at the store, it seemed as if it was a popular market. It is a busy place with a lot of customers and a few employees. As a result of asking for assistance more than three times in the course of about fifteen minutes, a salesman named Francisco ended up being able to assist me, as I told him that the purchase would be a quick one as it would be a gift. He helped me when verifying the size of the person and when paying. But when he went to give me the bag, he gave me a small bag and I told him that it was for a gift and the packaging was not appropriate with what I bought. He was very surprised by my comment and told me, well, I have a much bigger bag if you want, I'll give it to you. He gives me the super big bag and I say Wow, do you only have this one? It's too big, he looks at me and tells me we don't have any more and this is what we have for now. I was shocked because I spent $1,300 in 15 minutes and I didn't expect that kind of deal to have made a purchase at a high brand store. Without losing hope, I head towards the exit and see two store employees talking. I approach them and without letting me finish asking my question to ask for help with a medium-sized bag for my purchase, they respond in a very upset manner that they couldn't help me. I laughed and told him to listen to me first, which is what I need since I hadn't finished talking. When he finally lets me talk I tell him I just need a smaller bag for what I bought, since they don't have that size upstairs. He gave it to me in an annoying way as if I was demanding something that was...
Read moreAWFUL!! I will never again shop at Hermes. They are so incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. I have too much respect for my wife, friends and myself to ever step into a Hermes store or shop Hermes items ever again.
My wife and some friends traveled to Miami with one of the reasons of our visit to shop at the Miami Design District.
When we tried to shop at Hermes, there were no sales associates available to assist us. They took our names down and were told they would let us know when someone was available to assist us. When I asked them an approximate wait time they would not answer the question.
As we waited, we browsed the first floor of the store and then tried to walk up the stairs to the second floor. We were then told we were not permitted to be on the second floor without being accompanied by a sales associate, which after some time, we still did not have.
We ended up just leaving the store as we were not given the opportunity to even buy anything.
My wife, myself and my friends now refuse to ever buy another Hermes item due to Hermesâ lack of customer service and professionalism.
In my opinion, a brand is truly not a luxury brand and personify professionalism, elegance, class, creativity, quality, and mutual respect and celebration of others when many who work for the brand and direct the brand do not possess those values themselves. One cannot create or give what one does not have.
Now, when I see others with Hermes items, I feel bad for them that they have so little self-respect that they allow a brand to manipulate and treat them that way. Read the other reviews on Hermes and research the brand and you will see what Iâm talking about. Not a brand of luxury, but a brand of manipulation and disrespect of...
