A very special experience. My husband surprised me with a necklace that I had been eyeing for a very long time. On our recent trip to Miami, he worked closely with the staff to make sure the necklace was on site and front and center not knowing that he had already purchased it. Rafael and Chris were there to greet us and play off the surprise. Thinking the necklace wasn’t there and then seeing it, trying it on and then, of course not willing to live without it, they said “Sorry, this necklace is not for sale, it already belongs to someone “. Not knowing that “someone” was ME. I had tears in my eyes, shocked, and overwhelmed by the extra work the staff put into this for me. The only regret is not meeting the Operations Manager, Felipe, that was on break when we came in and wasn’t there to share it with us. He, too, deserves 5 stars for excellence for the days prior in helping this all come to fruition. Thank-you to all for this special piece that I will cherish forever because of the service and “in person” experience at the Miami Design District Tiffany store.
