Update- I recently placed multiple new orders with the assistance of Design District Manager, Ryan, and I must say, as an avid retail shopper, I have never received better customer service. My daughter and I spent the morning shopping at Bal Harbour, and we were truly astounded by the difference in experience when we visited Tory Burch at the Design District. Ryan and his team are exceptional, and their level of service is unparalleled.

I recently visited the Tory Burch Design District, it is absolutely outstanding. The handbags, shoes and ready-to-wear collection are exquisitely crafted, with impeccable design, beautiful colors, and top-tier quality. Yet, it’s the exceptional customer service experience that sets them apart.

As a long-time high-end designer customer, I’ve never rencountered personalized and attentive service as I have at this store. Ryan, the store manager is excellent, as well as is the entire staff. Ryan personally made sure my daughter and I had a memorable Valentine’s experience. He personally located a sold out item, ordered several handbags for us, going above and beyond to make sure the items were delivered on time, with remarkable professionalism and care.

After years of being a loyal Gucci and Burberry customer, I can confidently say, the level of service received at the Tory Burch Design District location, far exceeds anything I’ve experienced before. Ryan, is truly an asset to the company and the brand. His resourcefulness, disposition, professional and impeccable manners set the standard for luxury retail.

Exceptional Customer Service!! At first, I thought to myself I was done buying handbags. Then, I saw TB Petite Radziwill on one of my favorite influencer on Instagram rocking it. I have to add it to my collection. No regrets it is such a must've piece. That's when I contacted customer service online. Luckily, even though they weren't opened yet, Sandra answered all my questions in a timely manner. The photos you sent to me were very helpful. She did a thorough check on the bag, making sure there were no scratches before shipping it to MD. The package was well secured and arrived earlier than expected. Me and my husband came from Orlando and was very impressed with the outstanding customer service that was given to us from the moment we walked in to us leaving. It’s so unfortunate that we were unable to get the names to the wonderful people that assisted us. The one young woman was from Colombia/Switzerland and the young Hispanic man was from Miami. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Before we walked into Tori Burch we were at Balenciaga. The energy in there was horrible. Nobody tried assisting us. Instead, we were followed like if we were going to steal something.
