JJ's Lanes — Local services in Miami

The first time we came for 1$ bowling, the guy behind the counter was pleasant and gave us the price. Tonight we went, older lady behind the counter was so hateful and rude. Almost half the lanes were broken and not working. Had to change lanes due to broken screen, then our new lane had nothing but issues. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to fix something, all employees were busy trying to fix the other broken ones to help the customers with their own broken lanes. Got scrutinized by a lady who wouldn’t fix our lane. Paid full price for 3 games. Played a game and a half before leaving due to lack of service and unprofessionalism. Serious look at your staff would help a lot of your problems. Very very poor way to run a business. Next time we will go all the way to Joplin to bowl. The drive is worth it for a...

It’s a sad day but after 12 years of bowling in Miami we will no longer be coming. With the new rules the lady explained to us . Our group of 3 will need to bowl In another place. I glad that you’re getting ready for Junior bowling and other leagues , upcoming birthday parties and other events. I know that you want HOME of HOPE to make appointments to bowl with a large group but we have never bowled with big groups and with some clients it doesn’t work. Unfortunately our clients usually bowl by their self’s because that’s just how they do it. It’s easier on them. It’s less stress on them. So thank you for your time. Our second summer with Kids Free Bowl. This was the worst summer at JJ's Lanes. We have patience but when my kids and I get put on the worst lane, after arriving first when they opened, then had to spend majority of the time waiting for them to fix the pins, retrieve our bowling balls, had to keep our own scores, all the while watching the other players keep playing with no interruptions. Is it because we have free bowl? Do better for everyone. And I don't know who was there today. I've not seen them before except for the one girl.
