Kith Miami Design District — Local services in Miami

As a neighborhood resident and regular customer, I appreciate having a local spot to enjoy your treats. However, I am pissed because as much as I’d like to have my carbone treat I don’t want to feel ripped off again. Most recently, I was charged for an ice cream that was supposed to come with a rainbow cookie topping. Only after payment and delivery of the carbone ice cream was I told the topping was unavailable. This lack of communication was frustrating. Additionally, during the Halloween season, I visited the DD location but they were only serving a seasonal special and suggested I go to the beach SO I DID only to receive mostly vanilla ice cream with minimal fillings—and once again, no rainbow cookie!! I understand that high demand can create challenges, but for a premium product priced at $10+ , I expect consistency and transparency. If an item is unavailable, it should be communicated before payment.

Dropped by the Kith store in Miami and walked out seriously questioning why I even bothered. Grabbed three shirts and the woman at the cash acted like we were interrupting her day just by existing. No hello, no thanks, no effort—just pure attitude. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her by, you know… shopping?

What makes it worse is that I’ve been to the Kith store in Toronto and the difference is night and day. Staff there are actually welcoming, helpful, and treat you like a paying customer—not like you’re asking for free samples.

Visiting kith was a fantastic experience! We first were greeted by the manager, Devin who was extremely helpful in escorting us in the elevator since I had my twin babies in the double stroller to our lunch reservation at the beautiful sadelles on the second floor. Food was absolutely mind blowing!!! The French toast is a must have! After lunch, Devin came back upstairs and escorted us through the store where I found perfect essential kith gear I was able to gift to my husband for Father’s Day. The store was extremely organized and clean. I must say that Devin did a great job at making my family feel like we were the only ones there although the store was full. This is top quality service!
