Golden Goose Miami design district — Local services in Miami

Take caution in purchasing Golden Goose. I fell in love with these shoes a couple of years ago and bought two pairs in the last couple of years and even my family fell into the trend. After approx. 2 years of having my shoes with minimal wear the leather completely ripped off of the leather. Nothing I had even seen in my shoes (designer or not). I was given only one option to have them repaired. I had to drive to Miami to the store in the design district. So of course wanting to keep my shoes authentic I booked the trip and made it a weekend to get my Golden Goose repaired. They showed me my options and I choose to do the full resolve for over $200. Literally I could have bought another pair a Veja’s or any other brand of shoe for less, but that was my decision. However, after nearly 2 months of waiting for my shoes I finally got them back and was so happy. Unfortunately after wearing them twice the leather starting ripping from the sole once again. So disappointing. I’ve tried to reach the manufacturer many times but they did not have a resolution and did not want care to hear about my issue. This is so disappointing; now I’ve unfortunately lost $200+ and am unable to wear my newly resolved shoes. Beware of this issue with the Superstar shoes! I’m not sure of the other models but I have two pairs of Superstars that I can’t wear now and they are practically new. This company is far from customer service focused and very arrogant when it comes to resolving and issue that would keep...

I recently visited Golden Goose for a sneaker co-creation appointment, and my experience was mixed. I rescheduled my appointment to 3 PM and arrived at 2:50 PM. Julieta greeted me warmly and was very helpful throughout the process. She was professional, kind, and made an otherwise frustrating experience tolerable.

Unfortunately, one of the staff members—a man with long hair wearing a sneaker maker hat—was extremely rude. He interrupted several times to claim I didn’t have an appointment, even after I showed him my confirmation email. He then made an assumption about me, speaking in Spanish as if I wouldn’t understand. When I responded in Spanish to clarify my appointment, he stopped engaging and walked off without acknowledging his mistake.

If it weren’t for Julieta‘s excellent customer service, I would’ve left and gone to Golden Goose in Dadeland instead. Her professionalism saved the day.

Our next family adventure take us to Golden goose located in Miami Desing District created in Venice Italy in 2000, my wife favorite store because they have an incredible design from Italy the quality of the product they used is incredible. The store is small with a retro style decoration, you can see details from the 80s and 90s and each of them captivated me to take photos to save each image that caught my attention. The customer service was excellent, the girl who attended us was very professional and friendly. What my wife liked the most is that they have a repair service where if you have used tennis shoes they transform them to the style you want and in Golden Goose designs, each one is more striking than others.
