Avoid this building. The reviews SEEM positive because its for BOTH the residential building and the commercial building combined so its not an actual representation of the building status.

Pool is closed for an undetermined amount of time. They say 9-12 months for pool to be open but its contingent on when they start the work. The pool work wont start until AFTER the balconies are open and they are struggling to do that and are many months away from that. Plus construction drilling from 8am to 5pm every day because of all the construction. It's very loud and annoying.I find myself leaving my home even thought i WFH because i just cant take calls because of the noise.

Not only is the GYM far to small for the building and is always crammed packed but it was actually "updated" recently but it was obviously updated by someone who has no idea about gym equipment. There is not even basic bench press racks.

Sauna is tiny and under powered and I have seen roaches in it. Valet is slow. Packages are often delivered and you cant pick them up until they put it in their system. Which can take longer than 24hours. Elevators are always broken.

All this and the prices are no where near competitive to other buildings. If you can avoid it here do it. I have lived here for a few years and have seen this building just slowly degrade over time all while getting more expensive and I'm glad to have moved to another building a few blocks away. Avoid their "developer" units that are owned by the building as they have predetermined scale of price increases a month that will leave you overpaying in a building that isn't worth it. I stayed here this past summer. The unit itself was nice but the overall building is not worth the expenses. The inside smells of dogs, many areas including the pool wasn’t done, and the outside often smells bad, which also had much work to be done. ALSO, valet backed my car into a pole. I have a back up camera so it should not have happened in the first place. After constantly visiting the building management, I was able to view the camera footage. The valet worker literally backed dead in the middle of the pole & we (management & myself) were all shocked because again I have a back up camera. He was not paying attention at all. When I initially questioned valet about the damage and told them I’d be leaving within the next few weeks they of course tried to push it aside & wait it out until I would no longer be residing in the building. I had to constantly visit valet & management in order for things to move forward which took almost two weeks. Once we reviewed the footage showing that it was in fact valet at fault, I only had a few more days of stay. Of course, valet wouldn’t be able to fix it before I left since they were trying to avoid it & waited last minute to act on it. In order for them to get their “guy” to work on it, I would have had to extend my stay at my own expense, which would’ve probably equaled to, or more than what it costs to fix the damages. In the end, I had to settle for half of the amount that I was quoted from three auto repair shops. It was either take what they offered which wouldn’t have covered any of the damages, or be left with nothing but the new damages done to my car. I HIGHLY suggest avoiding this stay...

Honestly I’m not one to write reviews but this place made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to come on here and let the people know whats wrong with this building. Im a visitor, I go to visit my sister that lives in this building. Lets start with the front desk, I don’t know her name exactly, I believe its yemileth but her customer service is one of the worst I’ve EVER experienced. The rudeness, the disrespect that she displays already makes the building look like a horror show. Ive even caught the lady speaking to a stuff animal at the front desk instead of attending residents. Then the actual building pool has been closed literally forever. If you’re planning to move to this building and don’t mind paying HOA fees for amenities that you ARE NOT allowed to use, due to construction. And mind you managment doesn’t give tenants answer to when they will continue the construction to the pool area. But the front desk lady claims that they are working on it and should open soon. Overall this place is HORRIBLE, the view is decent but everything else is horrible, I would never recommend, nor family, friends, or even my enemy to move to...
