I took advantage of a promotion they had and purchase an IPL treatment as one of the people I follow on social media recommend the place. My first appointment the person at the front desk was polite and friendly, and also recommended new services that gladly I didn't purchased after my experience. The first appointment I only waited a few minutes amd the lady that did the IPL seemed knowledgeable and explained every step taking her time so I left pleased. For my second appointment things started to change. I got there on time as always they weren't as friendly just ask my name and send me in the waiting room but I didn't do. After I waited for 30inutes before being seen and then when I went in to girls did my IPL but one was being trained. My IPL was the most 5 minutes and I was done. After I left I decided to do some research and read about the treatment online and I realized the service I was getting at dermaclinic was not done properly. Basically your paying for a service that should last like 30 minutes for only 5. But things got even worse for my third and last appointment. They also took my name and send me in but I waited for over an hour and I'm not exaggerating, another lady was there and she was waiting even longer than me, and on top of that they dont even take you in my appointment time or arrival at least because other people that got there way after got in before that lady and I which shows they take you in depwnsonf on the service your getting and most likely money wise.The only reason I didn't left is because I already took time out of my schedule and also pay for valet since they don't have parking nor validate which by the way you pay more depending on the time you are in the building for is not a set rate. When I finally went in the same girls that did my second treatment were the ones doing the IPL and again it lasted 5 minutes. I left to never come back. The service your paying for is just giving away your money since you don't get a full service, customer service is horrible you wait over an hour and they don't even acknowledge or try to communicate the reasons why nor do they at least validate your parking ticket for their lack of service. I went there because I thought the few famous people that go there recommended this place and I wanted to try their services but I believed now that they just advertise this place in exchange for free services and is not worth it. Never go to this place, at least not to get a lightening peel. In general, the front desk staff is very friendly but they don't know what they are doing and the disorganization is incredible. Apparently they are not aware of how delicate the processes they do there can be, they do not give it the necessary importance and they can even have serious legal consequences but they do not seem to care. I paid for 6 sessions of lightening peeling for two areas, in the first session despite the burning and itching I had in one of the specific areas, the girl told me that I should stay with the chemical on for at least 2 or 3 HOURS and then remove it, so I did, trusting the process and trusting the girl. For a week the skin was peeling and I didn't have any strange reactions so I went for my second session and it was a DIFFERENT girl this time. The chemicals this time were stronger and I couldn't resist the burning so she had to take them off almost immediately but I thought it had to do with my sensitive skin and since the new girl seemed more professional I trusted the process. The third session was ANOTHER DIFFERENT GIRL and I told her that I decided not to do it in that area because I was afraid so I only did it in my armpits and talking to this girl I explained everything that happened in the other two sessions and she told me that that was very DANGEROUS and that that chemical should not be left on my skin and that the type of lightening chemical they make does not peel the skin that way. I told her that I was worried because I had also lost sensitivity and that was why I didn't do it in that area that time. She asked me for the names of the other girls but of course I didn't know. I spoke to the front desk before leaving to ask them if they had my record, (the people who have treated me and the processes and chemicals they have used on my skin) but of course, they told me that THEY DO NOT HAVE THAT INFORMATION, not even the name of who took care of me. I told them I was having problems and that what they are doing is not okay and they seems not to care that much. Of course I never returned for my last session, not only did I lose my money for the lightening peel but now I also have to incur medical expenses to check my skin after those chemicals they gave me and my doctor tells me that I may have serious problems in my skin and that is why I have almost completely lost sensitivity. I have paid for Laser Hair removal, it worked the first 2 sessions. This is how this work: they sell you a “promotional” package of $500 for 6 sessions of laser hair removal (6 months) it works the first two sessions but then they lower the POWER of the machine so you KEEP GOING AND PURCHASING MORE packages. TOTAL SCAM!!!!! They should go to hell for this!

I have also paid for spider vain removal: DID NOT WORK! Wasted my time and money!! The veins came back after 2 days.

I have paid for vela-shape sessions: DID NOT WORK, not even a little bit!! Nothing

I have paid for Carboxy Therapy: DID NOT WORK!! Nothing

They just lie to get your MONEY. They a an aggressive sales technique, and all they care is $$$$$$

At the end, I have decided to have a liposuction with a surgeon for $3,000 somewhere else and it was so much worthy. Immediate results, 1 week of recovery. So worthy!

another thing, even tho you make appointments be prepared to wait 1 hour for your turn, waist money on tips and VALET PARKING. - you cannot park anywhere around the area. It’s Brickell, you will have to use valet parking and pay extra money.

Please do not waste your time there! Just get a lipo!! It’s faster and you will get immediate results.

PlUS THE PAIN, all procedures are painful, with carboxy therapy I suffer pain and felt dizzy every session.

I cannot believe these people sleep at night with a peaceful mind.. and knowing how many people they are robbing.

Their jobs have no meaning, so sad for you all.

Yea, the place it’s fancy for pictures and stuff; that’s it- they are not professional, they don’t care about customers. All they care is money, that’s why they lie to all of us.

Trust me: none of their treatments works. Just pay for massages somewhere else and it would be a smart purchase.

Dermaclinic people: Just get a job where you can really impact people’s life in a positive way. Karma exists. And it will get you!
