My son gave for Mother’s Day a prepaid gift card including 20% mandatory gratuity for over $200.00. I was expecting a luxury’s treatment. Not at all. The premises were nice and clean, they offer an open sauna and steam room, but there was no time to spend there for the manicurist was waiting for me, the manicure was just like any other regular manicure that you can get at any where for $15.00 nothing but nothing special, not a massage or a treatment for your nails or hands , nothing. Then I was taking to have a facial, which was really a cleaning with a nice cream, and more cream applied and extra cream added and that was it. Then I went to have my hair done , very bad shampooing just a simple shampoo, no massage, no special hair treatment nothing, then I got a horribly done haircut, the blow dry very bad, I was not happy with the results. The services I got were the services I chose to have and what I needed that day before going out for dinner with my children I thought that for what my son paid I was going to get a first class service.
