I am an absolutely obsessed Tremble addict for sure. I try to make at least 3 or 4 classes a week The Grove is my main location but I’ve also visited South Beach and Coral Gables locations. For someone that has had a history of stress fractures Tremble has been a game changer for my workout routine. You feel the burn and only keep getting stronger as more and more classes go by.
I’ve taken classes with several different instructors all have been great but hands down ALEX IS AWESOME! His classes are fun and upbeat. He brings an energy level that motivates you to push through in class and keeps you wanting to come back. Dani gives a great early morning push to start things off right as well.
It’s so very true when they say Tremble tribe, it’s fun to have a crew you meet through the classes the tribe helps make you want to push to...
Read moreI signed up for bed #9 and as I walk in i have the instructor Chloe tell me to get a bed in the front row, I tell her no I signed up for bed 10 next to my daughter she’s on bed 9, and Chloe demands I get front row. Me not to embarrass my daughter I stayed quiet and not said a word. Unprofessional, lack of efficiency in helping struggling clients on the beds because she’s texting on her phone the entire class. she did not approach any of the girls once to ask if they were ok with the weight. This studio will not get my money again! My daughter had a similar experience the last time she was here with a friend, and this is why first impression is what counts. Go by that! Coconut Grove studio is Not a good studio at all, very unprofessional! Chloe has poor work ethics as an instructor and she MUST go back...
Read moreI was visiting from Denver and was super excited to try my first Pilates class. My sister used a guest pass to allow me to join with her and due to horrible traffic, we showed up at 7:32 for the 7:30 class and was told that one of our spots were already given to people on the waitlist. We walked in less than a minute after someone else had just walked in. I have been to workout classes all over the US and have never been to a place that has zero grace period for late arrival. We drove 40 minutes and sat in traffic to make this class and to be denied at the door 2 minutes after 7:30 was seriously disappointing. Upsetting to think that if I walked in the door behind someone on the waitlist, my spot would be given to the waitlist. I guess this is the universe telling me that Pilates...
